Structure Diagram

The AUTOOL PT650 is a handheld diagnostic tool. The diagram shows the device from front, side, and back views.

Front View Components (Labeled A-F):

• ADisplay - Shows readings, status, and menus.
• BLock Button [?] - Press to lock/unlock the interface.
• CUnit Convert Button [?] - Press to convert pressure units.
• DReset/Zero Button [⏱️] - Press to reset testing time; Long press to set pressure to zero.
• EPower/Mode Button [?] - Press to switch between Chinese/English mode; Long press to turn the device on/off.
• FMeasuring Probe - The connector for attaching to the vehicle's transmission.

Side View Components (Labeled G-H):

• GKey Tone Button [?] - Press to turn on/off the key tone.
• HBacklight Button [?] - Press to turn on/off the backlight.

Back View Component (Labeled I):

• IBattery Cover - Access to the battery compartment.

Operations Instruction

Battery Installation

To install batteries:

• Open the battery cover on the back of the device.
• Insert four 1.5V AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
• Close the battery cover securely.

Operations

To operate the AUTOOL PT650:

• Power On: Long press the Power/Mode button [?] for over 2 seconds.
• Zero Pressure Setting: Long press the Reset/Zero button [⏱️] to set the current pressure to zero. The display will show "0".
• Connect Probe: Select the appropriate connector for the vehicle model and attach it to the Measuring Probe (F).
• Connect to Transmission: Connect the probe to the vehicle's transmission system.
• Clear Data/Time: Click the Clear Data/Time button [?] to reset the measurement time and data.
• Select Units: Click the Unit Convert button [?] to cycle through available pressure units (bar, kg/cm², Psi).
• Start Measuring: Begin the pressure measurement. The gauge will display the transmission fluid pressure.

Interface Locking and Data Clearing

• Data Lock/Interface Lock: Press the Lock button [?]. This locks the display, interface, sound, and backlight. A lock icon [?] will appear on the screen.
• Unlock: Press the Lock button [?] again to unlock the interface, restoring normal functionality.
• Clear Data: Click the Reset/Zero button [⏱️] to clear all recorded data and the timer.

Shutdown: After measurement, long press the Power/Mode button [?] for 2 seconds to shut down the device (ensure it's under atmospheric pressure). The device will automatically power off after 5 minutes of inactivity or no pressure application.

Maintenance Service

AUTOOL products are built with durable materials and undergo rigorous quality control (35 procedures, 12 quality inspections) to ensure excellent performance and longevity. Regular maintenance is recommended to preserve the product's performance and appearance.

Maintenance Guidelines:

• Avoid rubbing the product against rough surfaces, especially the metal casing.
• Regularly check and tighten any loose parts to ensure safe operation.
• For parts exposed to chemicals, apply anti-corrosion treatments (rust removal, painting) to enhance corrosion resistance and extend service life.
• Adhere to safe operating procedures and avoid overloading the equipment. Ensure safety guards are in place and functional.
• Promptly address any unsafe factors. Inspect the circuit section and replace aging wires as needed.
• Adjust clearances and replace worn or broken parts. Avoid contact with corrosive liquids.
• Store the product in a dry place when not in use. Avoid hot, humid, or poorly ventilated environments.

Warranty

AUTOOL offers a three-year warranty for the main unit from the date of receipt, and a one-year warranty for included accessories.

Warranty Access:

• Repair or replacement is determined by the product's breakdown situation.
• AUTOOL guarantees the use of brand-new components for repairs or replacements.
• For failures within 90 days of receipt, provide video and pictures; AUTOOL covers shipping costs and provides free replacement accessories. For failures after 90 days, the customer bears shipping costs, while AUTOOL provides replacement parts free of charge.

Conditions Not Covered by Warranty:

• Products not purchased through official or authorized channels.
• Product breakdown due to failure to follow operating or maintenance instructions.

Return & Exchange Policy:

• Customers unsatisfied with AUTOOL products purchased from authorized online or offline channels can return them within seven days of receipt or exchange them for products of equal value within 30 days of delivery.
• Returned/exchanged products must be in saleable condition with proof of purchase, all accessories, and original packaging.
• AUTOOL will inspect returned items for eligibility. Items failing inspection will be returned without refund.
