1. Product Introduction

Smart Camera: A compact, white and black bullet-style IP camera.
USB Power Cord: Standard USB to micro-USB cable for power supply.
Power Adapter: A white power adapter with a USB output port.
Screw Accessories Package: Contains screws and wall anchors for mounting.

Component Description:
Reset Button: Long press the "reset" hole for 5 seconds for a successful reset.
It is recommended to insert an 8-64GB high-speed Micro SD card for storing, viewing historical video, and supporting important functions such as firmware upgrading. Otherwise, these functions will not be available.
3. Install APP
Download APP: Scan the QR code provided to download and install the "Smart Life" APP. Register and log in according to the prompts.

3.1. Add The Device - Scan QR Code Mode
- Ensure Wi-Fi is available and connected to the Internet.
- Connect the camera to power; system startup will be completed.
- Open the "Smart Life" APP. Press the '+' in the upper right corner of the main screen.
- Choose "Security & Sensor", then click "Smart Camera" to add the camera.
- Click "Next step".
- If your mobile phone is not connected to Wi-Fi, click "Connect to Wi-Fi".
- The interface will jump to the WLAN interface to connect to Wi-Fi. Note: Only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks are supported.
- If the phone is connected to Wi-Fi, proceed.
- Click "Confirm". The interface will prompt to scan the QR code with the camera. Click "Continue".
- A QR code will appear on your screen. Scan it with the Smart Camera (position the camera about 20-30 cm from the mobile phone lens).
- Click "Hear the beep" after scanning.
- The device will show as "Connecting".
- When the progress reaches 100%, the connection is completed. Click "Finish".
- The interface will jump to the preview interface.
- After closing the device preview interface, the interface returns to the APP home page. The connected device will appear on the APP home page. You can click directly to the device interface to see the monitoring situation without re-adding.
3.2. Add The Device - AP Mode
To use AP Mode, press the reset button on the machine.
- Ensure Wi-Fi is available and connected to the Internet.
- Connect the camera to power; system startup will be completed.
- Open the "Smart Life" APP. Press the '+' in the upper right corner of the main screen.
- Choose "Security & Sensor", click "Smart Camera" to add the camera. Alternatively, choose "other ways" to add.
- Then click "hot spot configuration".
- Then click "compatibility mode", then click "Next".
- Then click "change Network".
- Enter the password to complete the connection.
- Click Back and return to the APP compatible mode interface, where the Wi-Fi name and the connected Wi-Fi name are displayed. Click the "Confirm" button.
- The page jumps to prompt to connect the phone's Wi-Fi to the device's hotspot. Click "Connect".
- The interface jumps to the WLAN connection interface. Find the Wi-Fi starting with "Smart Lifi" and click on the connection.
- When the connection is completed, click back and return to the APP interface. The APP will display that the device is connected.
- The device has been successfully connected. The interface jumps to "Add Device Successful".
- Then click "connected", it will jump to the Preview Interface of the Device.
- Close the device preview interface, and the interface returns to the APP home page. The connected device will appear on the APP home page. After entering the device interface to view, no need to re-add, click directly into the device interface to view.
4. APP Video Browsing Details
The APP displays the camera feed with the following options:
- ① Preview mode
- ② Monitor Switch
- ③ About device
- ④ SQ (likely refers to video quality setting)
- ⑤ Full screen
5. Matters Need Attention
- Try to keep the camera away from metal spaces.
- Avoid blocking the camera with furniture or microwave ovens.
- Avoid spaces where audio, video, and data lines are wound; keep space away from them as much as possible.
- Ensure the camera is as close as possible to the Wi-Fi signal coverage.
- When switching network environments, if in a new network environment, press the reset hole for about 5 seconds, then connect to the network.
