1. Product Diagram & Packing List
1.1 Products Diagram
Front View: Features include Lens, Light, Indicator Light, and PIR Sensor. Also visible are the Power and Reset buttons on the back.
PIR Detection Range Diagram: Illustrates the detection range with angles of 100°, 80°, 60°, and 20°, corresponding to detection distances of approximately 2m, 4m, 6m, and 8m.

2. Key Features

3. Set up Camera
To set up the camera for the first time, press the "Power" button located on the back of the camera. The camera's indicator light should flash green rapidly, followed by a slow red flash. If the LED does not flash red, reset the device and try again.
4. Set up APP
Download and install the NVDP app onto your smartphone using one of the following methods:
4.1 Download APP
Scan the provided QR codes to download the NVDP app from the App Store or Google Play.
4.2 Add Device (Wi-Fi Setup)
- Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, then launch the NVDP app.
- Tap the "Add Device" button or the "+" icon, typically located in the top right corner.
- Select "CAM2". Confirm that your camera has been reset successfully. Scan the QR code found on the bottom of the device.
- Enter your Wi-Fi password.
- Set an access password for the device for security.
- Turn up your smartphone's volume and place it close to the camera for optimal configuration.
- Once setup is successful, you can customize the device name (e.g., "Front Door", "Back Door").
4.3 Add Online Device (Alternative Setup)
- Ensure your smartphone is connected to your local 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, then launch the NVDP app.
- Tap the "Add Device" button or the "+" icon.
- Select "CAM2" and then tap "Add online device" at the bottom right of the screen.
- You can scan a QR code screen that is saved as a photo or from another device.
- Enter the access password you previously configured.
- Tap "Save" and wait approximately 3 minutes for the configuration to complete.
- Once setup is successful, you can customize the device name.
Confirmation: Congratulations! Your device is set up and ready to go.
Note: If the setup fails, verify that you are connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, as this device does not support 5.0 GHz networks. Reset the device and try again on a 2.4 GHz network.
5. Mount Your Camera
5.1 Wall Mounting
Drill two holes on the wall according to the camera bracket's hole positions. Insert the anchor plugs, then fasten the bracket to the wall using the provided screws. Finally, hang the camera onto the bracket.
5.2 Solar Panel Connection
Connect the camera to the solar panel by joining their connectors. Ensure the connectors are screwed tightly for a secure connection.

6. Operation Setting on App
Open the NVDP app and ensure your device is online to access the following settings:
6.1 Replay Recording
Navigate through the app interface, following the on-screen prompts and visual cues (indicated by arrows in the manual) to replay recorded footage.
6.2 Check Messages and Album
Access the messages and album sections within the app by following the guided steps.
6.3 Device Settings
Access various device settings including: Device Info, Time Setting, Change Password, Motion Detection, Mirror & Flip, Power Frequency, Volume Setting, Restore to Factory Setting, and Device Share.
6.4 Set Motion Detection
Enable motion detection, adjust sensitivity, and set the start and stop times for detection periods.
6.5 Upgrade Device Firmware
Check for and perform firmware upgrades through the app's settings menu.

A1: Ensure motion detection is enabled in the app with valid working times. The unit records for 15 seconds upon detecting motion. The floodlight activates at night if enabled in the app. Note: Motion detection is triggered every 30 seconds. - Q2: Does CAM2 need a DC power supply?
A2: No, it is solar-powered and includes a 4400mAh Li-battery. - Q3: How long is the working time with one full charge?
A3: Approximately 2-4 months without sunshine. - Q4: Does CAM2 support remote live streaming?
A4: Yes, it supports remote live streaming, provided there is a stable network connection. - Q5: How many viewers can watch video via CAM2 simultaneously?

9. Important Safety Information and Warning
Battery Safety: Batteries in this device can EXPLODE, CATCH FIRE, and/or CAUSE BURNS if disassembled, punctured, cut, crushed, short-circuited, incinerated, recharged, or exposed to water, fire, or high temperatures. To ensure optimal safety and performance, use only batteries with built-in fault and heat protection. Do not use counterfeit or inferior-quality batteries. Use only batteries supplied by official sources or high-quality batteries from established manufacturers like Panasonic®, Energizer®, or Duracell®. Do not use rechargeable batteries. Do not place loose batteries in pockets or containers with metal objects. Store batteries in a cool, dry, ventilated area, away from hazardous or combustible materials. While the CAM2 Wire-Free camera is weatherproof and safe for outdoor use, do not allow batteries or the battery compartment to get wet before or during installation. Always keep batteries away from children. Replace all batteries simultaneously with the same type of batteries purchased at the same time from the same manufacturer, and do not install batteries backward. Ensure the battery compartment is empty and free of debris before inserting batteries. Follow the directions in the quick start guide and on the camera itself. Dispose of used batteries according to local guidelines.
Failure to follow these warnings and directions could result in damage to your CAM2 Wire-Free cameras that will not be covered by the warranty.
