Important Tips
How to use
Before using the robot, please ensure the power switch is on. Take a few moments to survey the area to be cleaned and remove any obstacles.
The robot will pass over the same area of the floor multiple times to ensure thorough cleaning.
The spinning brushes may flick small granules (dog food, cat litter) here and there, but finally the robot will vacuum them all in.
Before replacing side brushes, check and match “L” “R” mark on both side brush and bottom of robot.
When you set the clock time or schedule, the final operation will be confirmed by a beep from the robot. If no tone is received, your setting is unsuccessful.
Empty the dustbin. You might notice the robot vacuums less, or even spits out debris when the dustbin is full, though there is no warning beep sound for this.
For best performance
Empty V5s Pro's dustbin and clean its filter after every use.
The filter cannot be washed with water.
Replace new Filter when you notice V5s Pro vacuum gets weaker and picks up less than before.
Put the charging dock against the wall and remove obstacles about 1 meter at two sides and about 2 meters forward.
Fully charge the robot's battery before each cleaning cycle.
Battery life
To extend V5s Pro's battery life and keep its cleaning at peak performance:
Charge the robot overnight before first time use.
If the robot is not used for a long time, please turn off the power switch.
Recharge the robot as soon as possible. Waiting several days to recharge may damage the battery.
Use the robot frequently.
Warning: The product contains electronic parts. DO NOT submerge V5s Pro or spray it with water, clean with a dry cloth only.

Wet mopping
The wet mopping function allows the robot to clean hard floors with water.
The dustbin is for dry cleaning, and the water tank is for wet cleaning.
Ensure the mop bracket with the mop is attached to the robot when the water tank is used. (This involves securing the mop cloth to the bracket and then attaching the bracket to the robot's underside).
Pour clean water into the water tank through its water input hole. (This is typically done by opening a rubber plug and filling the tank).
Open the robot lid and put the water tank into the body. The weep hole of the water tank should be aligned with the weep hole on the robot body to ensure proper water flow.
Close the robot lid, then press the CLEAN button to start the wet cleaning. Note that there is no vacuum suction function during wet cleaning.
It is suggested to perform a dry clean (suction) before wet cleaning for a better cleaning result.
The water in the water tank flows out automatically, so it is prohibited to leave the water tank inside or outside the robot when there is still water in the tank. This will cause water logging on the floor.
Please take out the water tank when you charge the robot vacuum cleaner.
Maintenance
Cleaning side brushes
Clean the side brushes when they get dirty and replace them if they are damaged.
Note: Before replacing side brushes, check and match the "L" and "R" marks on both the side brush and the bottom of the robot.
Cleaning dustbin and filter
Clean and empty the dustbin after each use. The steps are as follows:
After removing the dustbin, check whether there is foreign matter stuck in the suction passage and clean it.
Clean the filter after 15-30 days of use. Replace it after 6 months at maximum.
Install both the filter and primary filters when they are dry.
The filter and primary filter can be replaced if needed.
To clean the dustbin and filter: First, remove the dustbin from the robot. Open the dustbin and remove the primary and high-performance filters. Empty the dustbin's contents into a trash bin. Use the cleaning tool to brush off debris from the filters and the dustbin. Ensure all components are dry before reassembling and placing back into the robot.
Cleaning cliff sensors and auto charging pins
Slightly clean the sensor window and auto charging pins with a soft dry cloth.
Note: Charging pins on the charging dock also need to be cleaned if dirty.
The cliff sensors are located on the underside of the robot, typically near the front edge. The charging pins are also on the underside, designed to connect with the charging dock's pins. Both should be wiped gently to ensure proper function.
Nose wheel clean up
If there is foreign matter in the nose wheel, it will affect the cleaning performance. Please clean it as follows:
Pull the wheel up vertically and clean it. Please note whether the gasket is off.
It should be noted whether the gasket is installed well after cleaning the nose wheel.
To clean the nose wheel: Gently pull the front wheel assembly straight up from the robot. Remove any hair or debris wrapped around the axle. Check for a small gasket or washer and ensure it is not lost. Reinsert the wheel assembly firmly until it clicks into place, making sure the gasket is properly seated.
Trouble Shooting
When the robot encounters some routine troubles, it will remind you by a beep.
