Safety Instructions

Before using this product, please read the following safety instructions and follow all normal safety precautions.

WARNING

  1. Only a certified technician may disassemble the product. Users are not allowed to disassemble or repair the product.
  2. Only use the adapter provided by the factory. Using other unmatched adapters may cause electric shock, fire, or product damage.
  3. Do not touch the power cord, plug, or adapter when your hands are wet.
  4. Do not allow clothes or any part of your body to be drawn into the product's wheels.
  5. Do not bring this product close to cigarettes, lighters, matches, or any flammables.
  6. If the product needs cleaning, clean it after charging has stopped.
  7. Do not over-bend the power cord or pressure the power cord with heavy or sharp objects.
  8. This product is for indoor use only; do not use it outdoors.
  9. Do not sit on top of this product or attach an object to it.
  10. Do not use this product in wet or moist environments (any environment with liquid).
  11. Before use, prepare the floor environment (remove all fragile objects and cords, clothing, papers, drapes, etc., that may get caught in the product).
  12. Do not place this product where it is easy to drop off (e.g., tables, chairs).
  13. Turn off the power switch when you do not need to use this product for a long time.
  14. Before use, check whether the adapter and outlet are properly connected.
  15. To avoid tipping, inform all people in the house when this product is working.
  16. The product may not be able to pass through steps over 10mm.
  17. Use this product in temperatures from -10°C to 40°C and do not place it in a high-temperature environment.
  18. The battery must be removed from the product before it is scrapped.
  19. The product must be disconnected from the supply mains when removing the battery.
  20. The battery is to be disposed of safely.
NOTE: Please ensure there is adult supervision when children, disabled, or mentally challenged persons use it.

Remote control operating

  1. "▶‖" Starting up/Pause Button:
    • Press to start cleaning in selected mode.
    • Press to stop the robot when it's cleaning.
    • Press to switch from sleeping mode to selected mode.
  2. Directional Buttons:
    • "▲" button: Increases number in scheduling or clock mode; makes the robot move forward in selected mode and stop when it hits objects.
    • "MAX" button: Decreases number in scheduling or clock mode; makes the robot move backward for a small step; sets vacuum power to strongest.
    • "◄" button: Switches from minute to hour in scheduling or clock mode; makes the robot turn left.
    • "►" button: Switches from hour to minute in scheduling or clock mode; makes the robot turn right.
  3. "◷" Plan Button:
    • Press to enter scheduling mode when in selected mode.
    • Press to confirm scheduling in scheduling mode.
  4. "⊙" Clock Button:
    • Press to enter clock mode when in selected mode.
    • Press to confirm clock setting in clock mode.
  5. "⌂" Home Button:
    • Press to return robot to charging home base.
  6. "⌂" Edge Button:
    • Press to make robot clean along walls.
  7. "⌂ with target" Spot Button:
    • Press to make robot start spot cleaning.
  8. "◷ 12:00" Display: Shows the scheduling time.
  9. "⊙ 12:00" Display: Shows the clock time.
Note:
  1. Install two AAA type batteries into the remote control.
  2. Remove batteries if the remote control is not used for a long time.

Product Operating

1. How to get started

  1. Place charging home base, plug in adapter, signal light on charging home base turns solid.
    Note: Put charging home base against the wall and remove obstacles about 1 meter at two sides and about 2 meters forward.
  2. Turn on the Power Switch around power socket, then display panel will flash.
    Note: If no command is received, the robot will turn to sleeping mode after 15 seconds. Always keep the power switch turned on. If not, the robot cannot work. If the power switch is turned off, all scheduling will be lost.
    Caution: Before charging the robot, ensure the power switch is turned on, otherwise the robot cannot be charged.
  3. Charge the robot in either way as shown below:
    1. Plug the adapter directly into an outlet and connect to the robot.
    2. Press the HOME button to make the robot return to the charging home base for self-charging.

    For better extending battery life:

    1. Before first use, charge the robot overnight. When charging is finished, the display panel will turn off.
    2. In normal use, always store the robot on the charging home base with the base plugged in.
    3. If the robot is not used for a long time, turn the power switch off, fully charge the robot, and store it in a cool, dry place.
  4. Auto charging: The robot will automatically return to the charging home base when the battery is low.

2. Starting up/Pause/Sleeping

  1. Starting up:
    1. Make sure the power switch is on.
    2. Press the CLEAN button on the main body or on the remote control to start cleaning.
    Note: If the robot is in sleeping mode, press the CLEAN button to wake it up. Then press CLEAN a second time to start cleaning automatically.
  2. Pause: Press the CLEAN button on the main body or on the remote control to switch the robot from cleaning mode to selected mode.
    Note: When the robot is paused, press CLEAN to restart cleaning.
  3. Sleeping: To turn the robot into sleeping mode from selected mode:
    1. Keep pressing CLEAN on the main body for 3 seconds.
    2. The robot will automatically enter sleeping mode if no command is received for 15 seconds.

3. Scheduling

You can schedule the robot to start cleaning at a certain time.

Note: Remember to set the clock time and schedule once the remote control battery is replaced. Once the clock time is set, any scheduling you have set will make the robot work at the scheduled time.

Setting the clock time:

  1. Point the remote control towards the robot (ensure the power switch is on).
  2. Press CLOCK and then use directional buttons to set the correct time.
  3. Press CLOCK to save the setting. To cancel the schedule, turn off the robot.

Setting a schedule: The robot will always work at the scheduled time unless its power switch is turned off.

  1. Point the remote towards the robot.
  2. Press PLAN and then use directional buttons to set the schedule.
  3. Press PLAN to save the setting. To cancel the schedule, turn off the robot.
Note: When you set the clock time or schedule, the final operation will be confirmed by a beep from the robot; if no tone is received, your setting is unsuccessful.

4. Cleaning mode

  1. Auto cleaning: The robot will clean a room automatically and adjust its cleaning according to the situation.
    Note: Press the CLEAN button on the robot or on the remote control to start auto cleaning.
  2. Spot cleaning:
    • Press Spot on the remote towards the robot when the robot is working. The robot will circle around and turn into Auto Clean mode after Spot clean is finished.
    • Press Spot on the remote towards the robot when the robot is in selected mode. The robot will begin to circle around and turn into selected mode after Spot Clean is finished.
  3. Edge cleaning: Put the robot near the edge (wall) and press EDGE on the remote control to start edge cleaning.
    Note: Edge cleaning will automatically stop when the robot cannot detect any edges, or you can manually press CLEAN to stop edge cleaning.

Product Maintaining

1. Cleaning side brushes

Clean the side brushes when they get dirty and replace them if damaged.

Note: Before replacing side brushes, check and match the “L” and “R” marks on both the side brush and the bottom of the robot.

2. Cleaning dust bin and filter

Clean and empty the dust bin after each use, following these steps:

  1. Remove Dust Bin: Open the robot's middle cover and pull out the dust bin.
  2. Empty Dust Bin: Open the dust bin lid and empty collected debris.
  3. Clean Primary Filter: Remove the primary filter from the dust bin and tap it to remove dust.
  4. Clean HEPA Filter: Remove the HEPA filter from its frame and gently brush off dust. (Do not wash HEPA filter with water).
  5. Clean Suck Passage: After taking out the dust bin, check for foreign matter stuck in the suck passage and clean it.
  6. Wash Dust Bin: The dust bin can be rinsed with water. Ensure it is completely dry before reinstallation.
  7. Reinstall Filters: Install both the HEPA and primary filters when they are dry.
Note: Clean the HEPA filter after 15-30 days' use. Replace it after 6 months at maximum. HEPA and primary filters can be replaced if needed.

3. Cleaning cliff sensors and auto charging pins

Slightly clean the sensor window and auto charging pins with a soft dry cloth.

Note: Charge connecting points on the charging home base also need to be cleaned if dirty.

Trouble Shooting

When the robot encounters routine troubles, it will remind you by a short beep tone.

Note: If all above solutions don't work, please take below actions:
  1. Reset the robot by turning the power switch off and on again.
  2. If the reset action doesn't work, send the robot to the seller for repairing.

Annex-Operation manual (for Model with water tank only)

Water Tank Diagram Description: A rectangular water tank with a rubber plug on top for filling, a handle for carrying, and a weep hole on the bottom for water dispensing. A water input hole is also indicated on the top surface.

  1. Dry cleaning is performed with the dust bin, and wet cleaning is performed with the water tank.
  2. The mop bracket with mop should be on the robot when the water tank is used.
  3. Pour water into the water tank.
  4. Open the robot lid and place the water tank into the body, ensuring the weep hole of the water tank is aligned with the weep hole on the robot body.
  5. Close the robot lid, then press the CLEAN button to start wet cleaning. There is no vacuum suction function during wet cleaning.
  6. It is suggested to perform suction (dry clean) before wet cleaning for a better cleaning result.
  7. The water in the water tank flows out automatically, so it is prohibited to leave the water tank inside or outside of the robot when there is still water in the tank. This will cause water logging on the floor.
  8. Please take out the water tank when you charge the robot vacuum cleaner.
