Electrical Safety Symbols

Lightning Flash Symbol: The lightning flash with arrow-head symbol within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of uninsulated "dangerous voltage" within the unit's enclosure that may be of sufficient magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock.

Exclamation Point Symbol: The exclamation point within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of important operating and maintenance (servicing) instructions in the literature accompanying the unit.

IMPORTANT: Polarized Plug

To reduce the risk of electric shock, this product has a polarized plug (one prong is wider than the other). For safety reasons, this plug will only fit into a polarized outlet the correct way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install a proper outlet. DO NOT bypass this safety feature in any way.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

All of the safety and operating instructions should be carefully read, adhered to, and followed before the unit is operated. When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be attended to including the following:

DANGER

To reduce the risk of electric shock:

• Always unplug this appliance from the electrical outlet immediately after using it and also before cleaning.
• DO NOT reach for an appliance that has fallen into water. Unplug immediately.
• DO NOT use the massager while bathing or showering.

• The appliance should never be left unattended while on.
• DO NOT operate under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.

• Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual. DO NOT use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
• Never operate this appliance under these circumstances: the massager has a damaged cord or plug; the massager has been damaged or encountered a heavy fall; the massager has been dropped into water. DO NOT attempt to fix it yourself. Return the appliance to a service center for examination and repair.
• DO NOT carry this appliance by its power supply cord or use the cord as a handle.
• DO NOT crush this appliance when storing away.

• Before use, please consult a medical professional if you have any of the following: thrombus, aneurysm, vein dilatation, spinal bending, heart disease, hypertension.
• DO NOT use simultaneously with artificial heart, electrocardiogram scanner, or electronic medical equipment.
• People sensitive to heat must use the heated feature with caution.
• Stop using if you feel unwell.

Usage Restrictions & Precautions

• The device is NOT to be used for commercial use or medical purposes. If you have health concerns, consult your doctor before using the Shiatsu Neck and Back Massager.
• ONLY use indoors!
• DO NOT use the device in damp rooms (e.g. when bathing or showing).
• DO NOT Wash!
• DO NOT dry clean!
• After using this device for 20 minutes, allow it to cool for 30 minutes before using again.

PRODUCT FEATURES

The RENPHO Shoulder & Neck Massager features a U-shaped design for comfortable use. Key components include:

• 1. Control Panel: Located on the right arm for operating the device.
• 2. Shiatsu Nodes: Provide deep tissue massage.
• 3. Positioning Handles: Allow users to adjust the massager's position.
• 4. DC Power Port: For connecting the power adapter.
• 5. Power Adapter: Converts wall power for the massager.

OPERATION INSTRUCTION

The control panel allows for easy operation:

• POWER ON/OFF (?): Turns the massager on or off.
• MASSAGE DIRECTION (?): Changes the direction of the Shiatsu nodes.
• SPEED CHANGE (⚡): Adjusts the intensity of the massage.
• HEAT ON/OFF (?): Activates or deactivates the heating function.

Steps for Use:

1. Connect the Power Adapter to the DC Power Port and then to an electrical outlet.
2. Grip the Positioning Handles and drape the massager around your neck, ensuring the Shiatsu Nodes are positioned on your back.
3. Press the POWER ON/OFF button to turn on the massager.
4. Press the MASSAGE DIRECTION button to change the massage direction.
5. Press the HEAT ON/OFF button to activate or deactivate the heat function.
6. Use the Positioning Handles to adjust the Shiatsu Nodes to target specific areas of the neck and back.
7. Press the POWER ON/OFF button at any time to turn the unit off.
8. The unit automatically shuts off after 15 minutes of continuous use.

Note: Using the heat function for more than 15 minutes at a time is not recommended. Allow the massager to cool between heat cycles.

PRODUCT CARE AND MAINTENANCE

1. Store the massager in a safe, cool, and dry place when not in use.
2. After unplugging, wipe the unit with a soft, damp cloth using non-abrasive cleaners.
3. Never submerge the unit in any liquid.
4. Keep away from solvents and harsh detergents.
5. Do not attempt to repair this massager; there are no user-serviceable parts.

The manufacturer's warranty is void under circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Improper or inadequate maintenance or modification.

• The use of unspecified adapter and accessories.
• Loss or damage in transit.
• Damages resulting from failure to follow instructions.

This warranty does not apply to expendable or consumable parts and does not extend to products with removed serial numbers.
