Assembly Steps
NOTE: Do not tighten bolts fully until all parts are connected! ?
Step 01: Base Frame Assembly
Assemble the hexagonal base frame. Connect six poles (Part 2) end-to-end using connectors (Part E and E1) at each vertex. This forms the hexagonal footprint of the shelter.
Diagram shows six poles forming a hexagon, with connectors E and E1 at the corners.
Step 02: Attach Vertical Poles
Attach vertical poles (Part 4) to the base frame. These poles connect to the base using connectors (Part E and E1) at the designated points on the base frame.
Diagram shows vertical poles being attached to the corners of the hexagonal base.
Step 03: Add Upper Frame Poles
Add upper frame poles (Part 2) and connectors (Part H and H1) to the structure. These poles extend upwards and inwards from the vertical poles to form the roof support.
Diagram shows poles and connectors being added to the top of the vertical supports.
Step 04: Connect Upper Frame Sections
Connect the upper frame sections together. Ensure all poles and connectors are properly aligned and seated.
Diagram shows the upper frame structure being completed.
Step 05: Attach Apex Connectors
Attach the apex connectors (Part 7) to the very top of the structure where the upper frame poles meet.
Diagram shows connectors being attached at the peak of the frame.
Step 06: Secure Central Hub
Attach the central hub (Part J) at the apex of the shelter. Secure it using screws (Part L, M6*15).
Diagram shows the central hub being attached at the top, with screws indicated.
Step 07: Assemble Side Panels
Assemble the side panels. Connect two vertical poles (Part A) with horizontal poles (Part C) using connectors (O+P). Repeat as needed for all side panels.
Diagram shows the assembly of individual side panel frames.
Step 08: Attach Side Panels to Main Frame
Attach the assembled side panels to the main frame. Use connectors (E1, H1) and hardware (indicated by numbers 4 and 5 in diagrams) to secure the side panels to the base and upper frame.
Diagram shows side panels being connected to the existing structure.
Step 09: Complete Main Frame Structure
Complete the main frame structure by attaching remaining poles and connectors (O+P, N+P, 5A). This step finalizes the roof support system.
Diagram shows the final frame components being added, likely roof supports.
Step 10: Attach Roof Cover
Carefully attach the roof cover (Part K) to the assembled frame. Ensure it is centered and fits snugly.
Diagram shows the roof cover being placed over the frame.
Step 11: Install Mesh/Netting
Unroll the mesh/netting (Part R) and attach it around the sides of the shelter. Use scissors (✂️) if trimming is required. Secure the netting using the straps/ties (Part U) and zip ties (Part Q).
Diagram shows the mesh being unrolled and attached, with scissors and ties indicated.
Step 12: Secure the Shelter
Secure the entire shelter to the ground. Attach guy ropes (Part M) to designated points on the frame. Stake the guy ropes into the ground using stakes (Part W). Tensioners (Part S) can be used to adjust the tautness of the ropes.
Diagram shows guy ropes attached to the shelter and staked into the ground, with a tensioner shown.
