Installing Console Kit on Gr7
Step 1.
Please insert the battery into the sender.
A CR2032 3V lithium coin cell battery is used for the sender.
Step 2.
Attach the double Velcro mounts to the sender and plug in the sensor board.
The sender unit connects to a sensor board via a small cable.
Step 3.
Remove the 4 screws holding the cover. Two on one side, and two more on the other side.
This exposes the internal compartment of the indoor cycle.
Step 4.
Plug in the speed sensor cable into the sensor board.
The sensor board receives data from the speed sensor.
Step 5.
Mount the sender on to the frame, under the seat.
Secure the sender unit in its designated location.
Step 6.
Re-install the cover.
Ensure the cover is properly secured after the internal components are connected.
Step 7.
Install the batteries into the console.
The console requires 4x 1.5V batteries.
Step 8.
You can mount the console wherever you prefer, but we recommend you remove the phone mount and replace it with the console.
The console displays performance metrics during workouts.
There will be parts left over as this kit is for multiple models. Eg: The magnet is for Gr6 & Gr3.
