The Danfoss TVM-H is a thermostatic mixing valve designed for precise water temperature control. This guide provides instructions for its operation, adjustment, and maintenance.

Installation and Adjustment Steps

Follow these steps for proper installation and adjustment:

1. Ensure the valve is installed correctly with IN, MIX, and OUT ports identified.
2. Step 1: Prepare for installation. Ensure safety precautions are taken, indicated by a warning symbol [!] and a person wearing protective gear.
3. Step 2: Check for correct installation orientation. A diagram shows the valve with arrows indicating flow direction and a 'MIX' label.
4. Step 3: Rotate the valve to the desired position, indicated by a 360° circular arrow.
5. Step 4: Adjust the temperature. A diagram shows a mixing process with a 'MIX' label and a temperature gauge.
6. Step 5: Secure the adjustment. Diagrams show the use of tools to lock the temperature setting.
7. Step 6: Final adjustment. A diagram illustrates fine-tuning the temperature setting.
8. Step 7: Check the temperature gauge. A thermometer icon shows a temperature reading.
9. Step 8: Ensure correct connection for hot and cold water inlets.
10. Step 9: Connect the valve to the pipework.
11. Step 10: Set the desired mixed water temperature using the adjustment knob (SW 21).
12. Step 11: Verify the mixed water temperature with a thermometer.
13. Step 12: Adjust the temperature as needed, indicated by '+' and '-' symbols.
14. Step 13: Lock the temperature setting using the adjustment tool (SW 21).
