Instructions for Use
Product Overview
This document provides instructions for the Easy Use Flip Mobile, model 10724. Please read and retain these instructions for future reference.
Power Details:
- AC Charger Input voltage: 100-240V ~ 50/60Hz, 200mA
- Cradle Input Voltage: DC 5V, 500mA
- Cradle Output Voltage: DC 5V, 500mA
Accessories Included: Cradle, Charger, Instruction manual, 3.7V Lithium-ion battery.
Safety Instructions
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed:
- Read all instructions before use.
- To protect against electric shock, do not immerse this appliance or battery in water or any other liquid.
- Do not operate any appliance that has malfunctioned or has been damaged in any manner.
- The use of any accessory or attachments not recommended by Coopers of Stortford may cause injuries and invalidate any warranty you may have.
- Do not place on or near heat sources.
- Do not use this appliance for any other use than the intended use it is designed for.
- Before use, check thoroughly for any defects and do not use if defects are found. Take care not to drop the appliance as heavy impacts may cause internal damage.

Installation
Installing T-FLASH memory card
Turn off the phone and disconnect the charger before removing the battery cover. Insert the memory card into the slot under the SIM card holder, ensuring the card's contacts face downwards. Handle with care to avoid scratching or bending the contacts. T-Flash cards are used for phone storage and can be used to copy music, pictures, or photos when connected to a computer via USB cable.
Installing the SIM card
- Insert the SIM card into the SIM card slot in the memory card holder, with the SIM card's contacts facing inwards.
- Ensure the phone is turned off before inserting or removing the SIM card.
Installing the battery
For the first time use, drain the battery and charge for 4 hours for optimal battery performance. Remove the battery cover, insert the battery into the battery compartment, and replace the battery cover.
Phonebook
Search
You can search for contacts by entering the initial letter of their name.
Add new contact
To add a new contact to the SIM card or phone:
- Press Menu, select Phonebook, and press OK.
- Select Add new contact and press Options.
- Press Select to choose To phone or To SIM.
- Enter the contact's name and telephone number.
- Setup Caller picture: Press the keypad [up/down arrows] to select a picture from Default or from file.
- Setup Caller ringtone: Press the keypad [up/down arrows] to switch ringtones.
- Press Options to Save.
Photo contact
- Press Edit, enter a name and numbers for the new contact.
- Use [navigation keys] to select Caller picture or Caller ringtone.
- Caller picture: Navigate to Options → Select. The selected picture will be displayed when the contact calls or when you call them. You can select a picture from the phone or memory card by pressing Open. Default image size is 240x320 pixels for optimal caller picture display.
- Caller ringtone: Navigate to Options → Select to choose an incoming call ringtone.
- Press Options, scroll to Save, then press Select to save.
Phonebook settings
From the Phonebook menu, you can access Phonebook settings:
- Preferred storage: Choose to save contacts to the SIM card, phone, or both.
- Memory status: Check the number of contacts stored on the SIM card and phone (maximum 250).
- Copy contacts: Copy contacts between the SIM card and the phone.
- Move contacts: Move contacts between the SIM card and the phone.
- Delete all contacts: Delete all contacts from the SIM card or the phone.
Within the phonebook, you can also check contact details, send SMS and MMS, make calls, edit, delete, copy, and add contacts to a blacklist.
Messages
Write SMS
- Press Menu, scroll to Messages, and press OK.
- Select Write message, then press OK.
- Input your message, then press Options.
- Choose Send to, and select either Add from phonebook or Enter phone number.
- Press OK to send.
Inbox
- Press Menu, scroll to Messages, and press OK.
- Select Inbox, and press OK.
- Select a message from the list and press Options to view it.
Other message options
- View: View the message content.
- Reply: Compose and send a reply to the sender.
- Call sender: Press Select to call the sender.
- Forward: Press Select to forward the message to other contacts.
- Delete: Press Select to delete the message.
- Delete all: Delete all received messages.
- Save to phonebook: Save the sender's phone number to the phonebook.
Drafts
View saved messages here.
Outbox
- Press Menu, navigate to Messages, and press OK.
- Select Outbox, and press OK.
- Select a message from the list and press Options to View/Resend/Edit/Delete/Delete all message.
Sent messages
Check all messages that have been sent.
Message settings
- In standby mode, press Menu, scroll to Messages, and press OK.
- Scroll to Message settings and press OK to configure SMS Service settings.
- SIM: Set number, message validity, and sent format.
- Memory status: Display the status of messages saved on the SIM card and phone.
- SMS counter: Display the quantity of messages sent or received.
- Save sent SMS: Choose whether to save sent messages.
- Preferred storage: Set messages to be stored on the SIM card or phone.
Call history
Call History
- In standby mode, press Menu, scroll to Call history, and press OK.
- Call history saves Missed calls, Dialled calls, Received calls, and All calls. You can also delete call history from this menu.
- Use [scroll keys] to navigate through Missed calls, Dialled calls, Received calls, All calls, or to Delete call history.
Alarm
Alarm
Set and manage alarms:
- In standby mode, press Menu, scroll to Alarm, and press OK.
- To edit an alarm, press Edit and then Save.
- Use [navigation keys] to select Status On/Off.
- Enter the desired time using the number keypad.
- Scroll to select Repeat options (Once/Everyday/Custom). You can also set Alarm tone, Snooze duration, and Alert type similarly.
- To stop an active alarm, press Stop. You can also turn off the alarm by setting its status to Off and pressing Save.
Note: The Alarm function is available even when the phone power is off.
Organiser
Alarm
Access the alarm function through the Organiser menu:
- Press Menu, scroll to Organiser, and press OK to select Alarm.
- To edit an alarm, press Edit and then Save.
- Use [navigation keys] to select Status On/Off.
- Enter the desired time using the number keypad.
- Scroll to select Repeat options (Once/Everyday/Custom). You can also set Alarm tone, Snooze duration, and Alert type similarly.
- To stop an active alarm, press Stop. You can also turn off the alarm by setting its status to Off and pressing Save.
Note: The Alarm function is available even when the phone power is off.
Calculator
Use the built-in calculator for basic calculations:
- Press Menu, enter Organiser, and press OK to select Calculator.
- Perform calculations by following these steps:
- a) Enter the first number and use [decimal point key] to input a decimal point.
- b) Use [operator keys] to select (+, -, *, /).
- c) Enter the second number, then press the left key OK. The result will be displayed on the screen.
Bluetooth
Connect wirelessly with other devices using Bluetooth:
- Press Menu, scroll to Organiser, and press OK.
- Scroll to Bluetooth and press OK for the following settings:
- Power on/off: Use the left key to enable or disable Bluetooth.
- Visibility: Select On/Off to make the phone visible or invisible to other devices.
- My device: Search for and pair new devices.
- Search audio device: Search for available audio devices by pressing OK. If connecting to another device, you may need to share a password. Enter it and press OK.
My name: The Bluetooth name for this device is 10724.
Advanced settings
Access advanced Bluetooth options:
- Audio Path: Switch Bluetooth voice output between the phone and a Bluetooth headset.
- Storage: Choose where to save transferred files (Phone/Memory card or Always ask).
- My address: View the device's Bluetooth address.
Calendar
Manage your schedule with the calendar:
- Press Menu, enter Organiser, and press OK to select Calendar. The current date is displayed.
- Press Options for the following settings:
- View: Show events for the selected date.
- View all: View all scheduled events.
Add event
To add a new event:
- A. Input a subject for the event.
- B. Enter the start date and time.
- C. Enter the end date and time.
- D. Enter a subject for the event (if different from A).
- E. Activate an Alarm and set repeat times for the event.
- F. Enter a location for the event.
- G. Save the event.
Delete event
Delete the selected event.
Jump to date
Enter a date and press OK.
Go to today
View the current date.
Go to weekly view
View the dates of the current week.
Multimedia
FM radio
- Press Menu, enter Multimedia, and press OK to select FM radio.
- Press Options to view the Channel list.
- Select Manual input to tune to a specific channel.
- Select Auto search to automatically find local radio channels.
- Enter Settings to configure background play and audio quality. If background play is enabled, the FM radio can continue playing when the phone is in standby mode.
- Select Record to start recording the radio broadcast.
- Select File list to view recorded files and choose functions like Play, Send, Use as, Rename, Delete, Delete all files, or Details.
- Under FM radio, use the [arrow keys] and [volume keys] to change the channel.
- Press the [*] and [#] keys to adjust the volume.
- Press the [call/end key] to turn the FM radio on or off.
Audio Player
Play music files stored on your memory card using the Audio Player.

View all saved photos under this menu.
File manager
Manage your files (rename, copy, delete, move):
- Press Menu, scroll to Multimedia, select File manager, and press OK.
- Select from Phone or SIM card.
- Press Options to open and view saved documents such as Audio, My music, Photos, and Video files.
Settings
SOS Setting
- Press Menu, navigate to Settings, select SOS setting, and press OK.
- Scroll to Status and set SOS status to On/Off.
- Scroll to SOS number to set up to 5 emergency contact numbers.
- Scroll to SOS SMS ON/OFF to enable or disable sending SOS text messages.
- Scroll to SOS SMS to edit the emergency message content.
- Scroll to Warning Tone to control the warning tone status (On/Off).
Make an SOS call
Before making an SOS call, ensure SOS status is On and SOS settings are configured. Then, press and hold the SOS button. The phone will automatically send SOS messages to the saved numbers and call them sequentially. A warning tone will sound until someone answers the call.
Warning: The SOS function must be activated before use. Interference factors (e.g., internet, environment) may affect SOS function availability.
Phone Settings
- Press Menu, scroll to Settings, and select Phone settings, then press OK.
Set up time and date
- Select Time and date, then press OK.
- Select Set home city to choose your local city.
- Select Set time/date to set the time, date, and Daylight saving status. Press Save to confirm.
- Select Set format to choose the Time (12 or 24-hour) and Date format.
- Select Update with time zone to enable or disable automatic time zone updates.
Set up Language
- Select Languages, and press OK.
- Use the [scroll keys] to select your preferred language from the list and press OK to save.
Change the wallpaper
- Select Display, then enter Wallpapers.
- Choose a wallpaper from the phone or memory card by selecting User defined under Wallpapers.
- Setup LCD backlight brightness and timeout by using the [brightness/timeout keys].
- Setup phone mode by selecting Normal Mode or Flight Mode under Flight Mode.
Call Settings
- Press Menu, scroll to Settings, select Call settings, and press OK.
- Configure Call waiting, Call divert, Call barring, and Advanced settings.
- Enter Advanced settings to configure the following:
- Blacklist
- Auto redial
- Call time display
- Call time reminder
- Answer mode
Profiles
- Press Menu, scroll to Settings, select Profiles, and press OK.
- Scroll to select an available mode: General / Silent / Meeting / Outdoor.
- In standby mode, hold [mute key] to change to Meeting mode.
- After selecting a mode, you can customize Alert type, Ring type, Ringtone, Ringtone volume, Message tone/volume, Keypad tone/volume, and Cover tone open/close.
Speed dial
- M1/M2/M3 key: Press Menu, scroll to Settings, select Speed dial, then M1/M2/M3 key, and press OK. Select Status to set On/Off, then select Set numbers and press [key] to assign a phonebook number. Press OK to save.
- Note: In standby mode, holding the [key] may prompt "No speed number. Assign now?". Press Yes to set a number from the phonebook.
- 2-9 Number: Press OK, select Status to set On/Off, then select Set numbers and press [key] to assign numbers 2-9 from the phonebook. Press OK to save.
Hide Menu
Hide menu items:
- Press Menu, scroll to Settings, select Hide menu, and press OK.
- Hide menu items by choosing the status of Phonebook, Message, Call log, Alarm, Organiser, Multimedia under the Hide menu option.
Up/Down key shortcuts
- The default setting for the Up key is Messages. Use [key] to change it to Alarm, Bluetooth, Calendar, FM radio, Phonebook, Multimedia, Organiser, Photo contact, or Messages.
- The default setting for the Down key is Photo contact. Use [key] to change it to Alarm, Bluetooth, Calendar, FM radio, Phonebook, Multimedia, Organizer, Photo contact, or Messages.
Network settings
Switch Network settings between Automatic or Manual.
Security settings
- SIM security: Enable or disable PIN lock and change the PIN code.
- Phone security: Enable or disable Phone lock and change the phone password. The default phone password is “1234”.
Restore factory settings
In Restore factory settings, after entering the phone password and powering on, you can revert all phone settings to their original defaults. The default restore password is “0000”.
Torch
In standby mode, hold the “0” key to turn the torch on or off.
Warning
- Check the appliance for damage before each use.
- Keep the appliance away from children.
- Do not use if damaged. Repairs should be performed by a qualified electrician or the manufacturer, service agent, or similarly qualified person to avoid hazards.
Care and Cleaning Instructions
- Always switch off and unplug before cleaning.
- Do not immerse in water, as this poses a risk of electric shock.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp utensils for cleaning.
- Wipe surfaces with a soft, dry cloth.
- Allow the unit to dry thoroughly before further use.
- Store the unit in a cool, dry place.
Batteries
- Keep batteries away from children and pets.
- Do not mix used and new batteries.
- Remove batteries if the device will be left unused for extended periods.
- Never dispose of batteries in a fire.
- Battery disposal: Spent or expired batteries must be disposed of and recycled in compliance with local regulations. For detailed information, contact your local authority.
- Follow the battery manufacturer's safety, usage, and disposal instructions.
Disposal
- Dispose of all packaging, paper, cartons, plastic, and plastic bags in accordance with your local recycling regulations.
- At the end of the product's lifespan, please dispose of it at an authorized household WEEE waste recycling centre.
