Please read this instruction manual thoroughly before starting and ensure you are familiar with the operation of your new Easy Use Mobile Phone.
Safety Instructions
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed:
- Read all instructions before use.
- To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plug, or appliance in water or any other liquid.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. We recommend that the power cord is not kinked or stored in a twisted manner, and that you regularly check its condition.
- The use of any accessory or attachments not recommended by Coopers of Stortford may cause injuries and invalidate any warranty you may have.
- Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not place on or near heat sources.
- Use on a level, stable surface.
- Do not use this appliance for any other use than the intended use it is designed for.
- Ensure there is sufficient distance between this appliance and other items on the work surface or work station, or sufficient distance between the appliance and the confines of the area in which it is situated. We recommend a minimum clearance around all faces of at least 10cm.
- Before use, check thoroughly for any defects and do not use if defects are found. Take care not to drop the appliance as heavy impacts may cause internal damage.
Parts & Function Keys
Key Identification:
- 1. LED light
- 2. Micro USB port
- 3. M1 button: In standby mode, press to access the main menu.
- 4. M2 button: In standby mode, press to access the phonebook.
- 5. Up/down arrow keys: Scroll information.
- 6. Call button
- 7. End call/power on/power off button
- 8. '*' key: In standby mode, long press to lock/unlock the keypad. When editing a message, press to input a symbol.
- 9. '#' key: Long press to change to Silent mode / change input method.
- 10. Snap joint: Open the battery cover here.
- 11. '0' key: Play music.

Installation
Installing the SIM Card and Battery
- Remove the battery cover.
- Insert the T-Flash card by carefully sliding it into the holder.
- Insert the SIM card by carefully sliding it into the holder. Make sure the SIM card's contacts are facing inwards.
- Insert the battery by sliding it into the battery compartment.
- Replace the battery cover.
Phone Operation
Phonebook
Add new contact:
- Press Menu until Phonebook is displayed, and press OK.
- Select Add new contact and press OK.
- Press Select to choose To phone or To SIM.
- Input Name and number. To change the input method, please press the '*' and '#' keys.
- Press Options to Save or Cancel the contact.
- Press the End call/power on/power off button to return to standby.
Note: Hold the '*' key for the international prefix '+'. Always add '+' before the country code to make an international call.
Make a call:
- In standby mode, input phone number including the area code, delete with the Clear function.
- Press the Call button to dial and press the End call/power on/power off button to cancel calling.
Make a call from phonebook:
- In standby mode, press the M2 button to open the phonebook.
- Use the Up/down arrow keys to scroll to view the contacts or quick search by pressing the first letter of the name.
- Press the Call button to call the selected contacts.
Message (Writing and sending SMS):
- Press Menu, until Message is displayed and press OK.
- Select Write message and press OK.
- Input message.
- Press the '*' key to select symbols, press the '#' key to change input method.
- Press Options to send message.
Inbox
- Press Menu, until Message is displayed and press OK.
- Select Inbox and press OK.
- Select a message from the list and press Options to view the message.
Other options as below under Inbox:
- Reply: Input your message and send to the sender.
- Call sender: Press Select to call sender.
- Forward: Press Select to forward message to other contacts.
- Delete: Press Select to delete the message.
- Delete same number: Press Select to delete all messages from the same number.
- Delete all: Delete all received messages.
- Save to phonebook: Save the sender's phone number to the phonebook.
Drafts
Here you can see saved messages.
Outbox
- Press Menu, select Message and press OK.
- Select Outbox and press OK.
- Select a message from the list and press Options to View/Resend/Edit/Delete/Delete all message.
Sent messages
Here you can check all sent messages.
SMS templates
Here you can use or edit some short message templates.
SMS settings
Here you can check SIM message setting, memory status, setup preferred storage or save sent messages.
Call Center
All received calls, missed calls, and outgoing calls are saved in the call center.
View call history:
- Press Menu, select Call center and press OK.
- Select Call history and press OK.
- Here you can check call logs as below: Missed calls, Dialled calls, Received calls, All calls, Delete call logs.
Call Settings
- Press Menu, select Call center and press OK.
- Select Call settings and press OK.
- Here you can activate or deactivate the functions below: Caller ID, Call waiting, Call divert, Call barring.
- Advanced settings: Here you can set up functions below:
- 4.1 Blacklist: Press OK to set up blacklist.
- 4.2 Auto call recording: Press OK to start recording.
- 4.3 Auto redial: Press OK to select the status On/Off.
- 4.4 Call time display: Press OK to select the status On/Off.
- 4.5 Call time reminder: Press OK to select Off/Single/Periodic.
- 4.6 Answer mode: Press OK to select Any key or Auto answer when headset mode.
Organizer
Alarm
- Press Menu, select Organizer, select Alarm and press OK.
- Press Edit to select status on/off. Press '*' and '#' to change the status on/off.
- Enter the time directly by keypad.
- Scroll to select repeat times and Alert type.
- Press Save to activate the alarm, to cancel press Back.
- To edit the alarm, press Edit, to stop it, press Off.
Calculator
- Press Menu, select Organizer, press OK to select Calculator.
- Enter the first number and use the arrow keys to select (+, -, *, /) and press OK.
- Use the '*' key to enter decimal point.
- Enter the next number and press OK. The result is shown on the screen.
Calendar
- Press Menu, select Organizer, press OK to select Calendar.
- Today's day and date is shown on the display.
- Press Options for the following settings:
- 2.1 View: Show the event for the selected date.
- 2.2 View all: View all events.
- 2.3 Add event: A. Input subject for the event. B. Enter a start date and time for the event. C. Enter the end date and time for the event. D. Enter subject for the event. E. Activate Alarm and repeat times for the event. F. Enter location for the event. G. Save the event.
- 2.4 Delete event: Delete the selected event.
- 2.5 Jump to date: Enter the date and press OK.
- 2.6 Go to today: Select to go to the date of today.
- 2.7 Go to weekly view: Display current week.
Bluetooth
- Press Menu, select Organizer, press OK to select Bluetooth.
- Function on/off: Select on/off to enable/disable Bluetooth.
- Visibility: Select on/off to make the phone visible /invisible to other devices.
- My device: Saved device name and allow you to add new devices.
- Search audio device: Search for available audio devices.
- My name: Name for current device.
- Advanced: Press OK to set if power on Bluetooth first.
File Manager
Here you can view all your files on the Memory card and on the phone, also you can format your memory card.
SIM Toolkit
Support SIM cards which are equipped with value added services (set of commands programmed in the SIM card to interact with other media set by service provider). If your SIM card and network operator do not provide this service, you will not be able to use this function. For more information please contact your network operator.
Multimedia
FM radio
- Press Menu, select Multimedia, press OK to select FM radio.
- Press Options to view Channel list.
- Select Manual input to specify your preferred channel.
- Select Auto search to search your local radio channel.
- Select settings to set up background play.
- Press the Call button to play or stop.
Audio player
- Please download music to the phone or memory card first.
- Press Menu, select Multimedia, press OK to select Audio player.
- Select a preferred music and press the Call button to play or stop it.
- Press the '*' key to select the last song or the next song.
- To control the volume, please press the '#' and '*' keys.
- Press the End call/power on/power off button to return to standby mode.
Sound recorder
Make a new recording:
- Press Menu, select Multimedia, press OK to select sound recorder.
- Select New record to make a new recording.
- Enter into List to view all records.
- Enter into Settings to setup storage location and audio quality.
Image viewer
- Press Menu, select Multimedia, press OK to select Image viewer.
- Press OK to view images on memory card or on the phone.
Settings
SOS setting
- Press Menu and select Settings.
- Select SOS settings and press OK.
- Scroll to Status and setup SOS status on/off.
- Scroll to SOS Numbers to setup SOS number, you can specify 5 numbers.
- Scroll to SOS SMS on/off to choose send SOS SMS or not.
- Enter into SOS SMS to edit message.
- Enter into warning tone to control the tone status on or off.
Make an SOS call:
Before you make an SOS call, please ensure SOS status is ON and you have completed SOS settings. Hold the SOS button, the phone will auto send SOS messages to the five SOS numbers and then call five numbers one after another. The siren sound continues until the call is answered.
Phone settings
- Press Menu, scroll to Settings.
- Select Phone settings and press OK.
- Then you can set up as below:
- Setup Time and date: Select Set home city and choose your local city. Select Time and date and press OK. Select Set time/date and press OK. Enter Time and date and press Save.
- Setup Language: Select Language and press OK. Use the arrow keys to scroll to select the Language from the list and press OK.
- Setup input method: Select Pref.input method and press OK. Use the arrow keys to scroll to select an input method from the list and press OK.
- Change the wallpaper: Select Display, select wallpaper. Here you can choose a wallpaper from the phone and memory card.
- LCD backlight: Setup level and time.
- Show date and time: Setup show date and time on display.
- Show Operator name: Setup network carrier name on display.
Profiles
- Press Menu, scroll to Settings.
- Select Profiles and press OK. The four modes are as below: General, Silent, Meeting, Outdoor.
- Customise function in General mode: Choose your preferred Power on/off ringtones, incoming call ringtones etc.
- Press Menu, scroll to Settings.
- Select Profiles and press OK. Select General and press Option.
- Select Customise and press Select.
- Scroll to Alert type and press Options to select Ring only, then press Options and select Change. You can choose Ring only, Vib. only, Vib. and ring or Vib. then ring. Press OK to save.
- Scroll to Ringtone and press Options and select Change to choose preferred ringtone.
- Scroll to Ringtone volume and press Option and select Change, Use the arrow keys to adjust volume, press OK to save.
- Scroll to Message and press Option to select a preferred ringtone for message.
- Scroll to Message volume and press Option and select Change, use the arrow keys to adjust volume, press OK to save.
- The same way to setup other options in General mode such as keypad tone, keypad volume, repeat mode, power on/off tone, system alert on/off etc.
- You can follow the instruction of customise function in General mode to set up other modes like Silent, Meeting & Outdoor.
Speed dial
M1, M2 and the numerical keys 2-9 can be used for speed dial keys. Press and hold the speed dial keys to make the call.
Add speed dial number and Activate the status:
- Press Menu, scroll to Settings.
- Select Speed dial and press OK.
- Enter into M1/M2 key to activate the status.
- Select Set numbers to choose numbers for M1 and M2 keys from phonebook.
Proceed as described to add speed dial number for keys 2-9.
Block function
Some functions can be disabled to simplify the use of the phone.
- Press Menu, scroll to Settings and press OK.
- Select Block Function and press OK.
Scroll to choose the function(s) you want to disable and press Done and Save.
Key Shortcuts
Here you can set shortcuts for up key and down key.
- Press Menu, scroll to Settings.
- Select Key Shortcuts and press OK.
- Choose Up key / Down key and press Edit to determine which function you like to be relevant key shortcut, then press OK to save.
Network settings
Here you can choose to show network provider automatically or manually.
Security settings
Select security settings for SIM card or phone, and change the status of screen auto lock.
- Press Menu to Settings then press OK.
- Scroll to security settings and press OK. Then you can see sub-menus below:
- A. SIM security: Set PIN lock status on or off. Change PIN code.
- B. Phone security: Set Phone lock status on/off. Change password.
- C. Screen auto lock: Press OK to select off/15 secs/30 secs/1 min/5 mins for screen auto lock.
Restore settings
Press OK and input password (0000) to reset your phone to the default.
Warning
- Check the appliance and power cable carefully for damage before each use.
- Keep the appliance away from children.
- Before connecting the appliance, check if the voltage indicated on the bottom of the appliance is in accordance with the mains voltage in your home.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
- Do not use if the power cord or plug is damaged. To be repaired by a qualified electrician or to be replaced by the manufacturer, service agent or similarly qualified person, in order to avoid a hazard.
Care and Cleaning Instructions
- Always switch off and unplug before cleaning.
- Do NOT immerse in water. Risk of electric shock.
- Do NOT use abrasive cleaners or sharp utensils to clean this appliance.
- Wipe surfaces with a soft dry cloth.
- Allow to dry thoroughly before further use.
- Store the unit in a cool, dry place.
Batteries
- Keep batteries away from children and pets.
- Do not mix used and new batteries.
- Remove the batteries if left for long periods.
- Never dispose of batteries in a fire.
- Battery disposal, spent or expired batteries must be properly disposed of and recycled in compliance with local regulations. For detailed information, contact your local authority.
- Follow the battery manufacturer's safety, usage, and disposal instructions.
Disposal
- Dispose of all packaging, paper, cartons and plastic, plastic bags in accordance with your local recycling regulations.
- At the end of the product's lifespan please dispose of it at an authorised household WEEE waste recycling centre.
