Assembly Steps:
Step 1: DISASSEMBLY / DESMONTAJE
This initial step involves the removal of original motorcycle components to prepare for the installation of the Puig Engine Spoiler. Refer to the provided diagrams for precise locations and methods of disassembly.
Step 2: ASSEMBLY / MONTAJE
Attach the Left front support (Part ID 4, L3) to the motorcycle frame. Use one M6x16 ISO 7380 Allen screw (Part ID 10) and one Bush Ø15 x Ø9 x7.5 (Part ID 11) for this connection. Ensure the support is correctly oriented as shown in the diagram.
Step 3: ASSEMBLY / MONTAJE
Mount the Left engine spoiler (Part ID 2, ABS) onto the assembled bracketry. Secure the spoiler using the appropriate fasteners as indicated in the diagram.
Step 4: DISASSEMBLY / DESMONTAJE
This step involves the removal of original motorcycle components from the opposite side to prepare for the installation of the Puig Engine Spoiler. Refer to the provided diagrams for precise locations and methods of disassembly.
Step 5: ASSEMBLY / MONTAJE
Attach the Right front support (Part ID 7, R3) to the motorcycle frame. Secure it using the provided fasteners as indicated in the diagram.
Step 6: ASSEMBLY / MONTAJE
Attach the Right central support (Part ID 8, R2) to the motorcycle frame. Secure it using the provided fasteners as indicated in the diagram.
Step 7: ASSEMBLY / MONTAJE
Mount the Right engine spoiler (Part ID 1, ABS) onto the assembled bracketry. Secure the spoiler using the appropriate fasteners as indicated in the diagram.
Step 8: ASSEMBLY / MONTAJE
Attach the Central engine spoiler (Part ID 3, METAL) to the main engine spoilers (Parts 1 and 2) and the support brackets. This step requires multiple fasteners including M6 nuts (Part ID 13), M8x20 DIN912 screws (Part ID 14), M8 lock nuts (Part ID 15), Silentblocks Ø9 x Ø6 x8mm (Part ID 16), Bushes Ø12xØ6.8x7.3 (Part ID 17), M5x16 ISO 7380 Allen screws (Part ID 18), and M5 ISO 7380 screw caps (Part ID 19). Follow the diagram closely for correct placement and tightening.
