The left side assembly is shown as an example; the same steps can be performed for the right side assembly.

Note: Some parts or steps are NOT NECESSARY ON RIGHT SIDE MOUNTING.

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Disassembly

Initiate disassembly by removing the right side spoiler component (part 1) from the motorcycle's fairing. This involves detaching it from its mounting points.

Step 2: Disassembly

Proceed with disassembly by removing the left side spoiler component (part 2) from the motorcycle's fairing. This step also involves detaching it from its mounting points.

Step 3: Disassembly

Further disassembly involves removing existing brackets or supports from the motorcycle's front section, which will be replaced by the new Puig components.

Step 4: Disassembly

Continue disassembly by removing any other interfering parts or brackets as indicated by the visual cues in the original diagram.

Step 5: Assembly

Begin assembly by attaching the left turn light support (part 8) and the turn lights fixing support (part 7) to the motorcycle frame. Use specified fasteners like M5x11 ISO 7380 Allen screws (part 16).

Step 6: Assembly

Attach the left spoiler (part 2) to the previously installed supports (parts 8 and 7). Secure it using M6x16 ISO 7380 Allen screws (part 19).

Step 7: Assembly

Assemble the upper deflectors. Attach the right upper deflector (part 3) and left upper deflector (part 4) to their respective mounting points using screws (parts 12, 13) and potentially other hardware. The microporous adhesive (part 20) may be used for sealing or positioning.

Step 8: Assembly

Complete the installation by attaching the main spoiler body (part 2) to the motorcycle's front fairing. This involves securing it to the frame and existing brackets using a combination of fasteners such as M4x10 ISO 7380 Allen screws (part 12), M5x16 ISO 7380 Allen screws (part 17), and M5 ISO 7380 screw caps (part 18).
