This document provides installation instructions and specifications for the Aurora EN-LEDD7512, a 75W, 12V Constant Voltage LED Driver.
Wiring Diagram and Connections
The driver features connections for both mains power input and 12V LED load output.
Wiring Diagram
Mains Connection:
- Live (L): Connect to Brown wire.
- Neutral (N): Connect to Blue wire.
- Earth: Connect to Green/Yellow wire.
12V LED Load Connection:
- LED+ (Positive): Connect to Brown wire.
- LED- (Negative): Connect to Blue wire.
Ensure all connections are secure and polarity is observed.
Installation Steps
- Step 1: Prepare connections. The driver includes terminals for mains input and LED output, with an ON/OFF indicator.
- Step 2: Open terminal covers and prepare wires for insertion.
- Step 3: Insert wires into the appropriate terminals.
- Step 4: Connect mains supply (Brown to Live, Blue to Neutral, Green/Yellow to Earth) and 12V LED load (Blue to LED-, Brown to LED+).
- Step 5: Securely close the terminal covers.
- Step 6: Illustrates terminal connection detail.
- Step 7: Final check of ON/OFF switch and connections.
Important Installation Information
- Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician in accordance with the latest edition of the National Wiring Regulations.
- Ensure all electrical connections are tight with no loose strands, including factory-made connections.
- Mains supply voltage is 220-240V AC 50/60Hz.
- Correct polarity must be observed when connecting the driver to the load.
- This driver may not be compatible with all dimmable LEDs. Please contact the sales office for compatibility information.
