Structure and Components
The bakery case features adjustable shelves and sliding rear glass doors.
Air Suction (Refrigerated Only)
Never block the air suction vents. Cold air is circulated inside the refrigerator through these vents.
Shelves
The height of the shelves is adjustable to accommodate various goods.
- Take out the shelf.
- Move the shelf support to the desired height.
- Place the shelf back on the supports.
Air Outlet (Refrigerated Only)
Never block the air outlet vents. Allow the circulating cold air to flow out freely.
Casters
The unit is equipped with casters for mobility.
Installation
This unit is intended for use in a temperature-controlled environment with ambient temperatures below 75°F (24°C) and 55% relative humidity. Malfunctions due to improper conditions are not covered under warranty.
Important Installation Notes:
- If the unit was transported on its side, allow it to stand upright for at least 24 hours before plugging it in.
- Ensure all accessories (shelves, clips) are installed before plugging in the unit.
- Allow the unit to reach its desired temperature before loading products.
- Do not attempt to remove or repair any component yourself. Consult an authorized service technician.
- Do not hang on doors or stand inside the unit.
- Read this entire manual before installation and operation.
Cabinet Location Guidelines:
- Install on a strong and leveled surface to prevent noise and malfunction.
- Install in an indoor, well-ventilated area.
- Maintain at least 6 inches (15 cm) of clearance on the sides and back of the unit for optimal performance.
- Avoid direct sunlight and areas with high humidity or dust.
- Dust on the condenser coil can cause malfunction. High humidity can lead to rust and reduced efficiency.
- Keep the unit away from heat and moisture-generating equipment. High ambient temperatures can cause compressor malfunction.
- For refrigerated models, ensure the location maintains temperatures below 75°F (24°C) and 55% relative humidity. Avoid placement near doors, air ducts, or fans that could disrupt airflow.
Use and Caution
Digital Temperature Controller (Refrigerated models only)
The unit is factory-set for optimal temperatures. Adjustments can be made if necessary:
- Set Temperature: Press the SET button, then use the UP (▲) or DOWN (▼) buttons to adjust the displayed temperature. Press SET again to confirm.
- Lights: Press the LIGHT button (?) to turn the interior lights on or off.
- Defrost: Press and hold the DEFROST button (❄️) for 6 seconds to manually initiate or stop the defrost cycle.
LED Indicators:
- Refrigerant LED (❄️): On when the compressor is running, off when the temperature is stable, flashing during delay start.
- Defrost LED (❄️❄️): On during defrost cycle, off when defrost stops, flashing during delayed defrost display.
Electrical
- Ensure the correct voltage is supplied as indicated on the unit's nameplate.
- Plug the unit into a grounded, properly-sized electrical outlet with appropriate over-current protection.
- Use a dedicated outlet for the unit. Do not use extension cords.
- Ensure the unit is not resting on the electrical cord.
- Unplug the unit if it will not be used for an extended period.
- Do not plug or unplug with wet hands to avoid shock or fire hazards.
- Wait at least 10 minutes after unplugging before plugging the unit back in to prevent compressor damage.
Defrost System
The refrigeration units feature an automatic defrost system. Frost accumulated on the evaporator coils is melted during compressor downtime by the circulating air, and the resulting water is drained and evaporated.
Operation/Maintenance
Note: Servicing should be performed by an authorized service technician.
