BAFANG Upgrades European Headquarters: New Dutch Facility Enhances Service Capabilities

July 2025, CUIJK, the Netherlands – Bafang, a leading supplier in eBike drive systems, has announced the relocation of its European headquarters from its original Netherlands base established in 2012 to a new, expanded facility in Cuijk.

Expanded Scale

Bafang's new facility spans approximately 4,000 square meters, representing a fourfold increase in size compared to its previous site. This expansion enhances its role as a dedicated dealer service center, after-sales repair center, and a central warehousing and logistics hub for Europe. The upgrade specifically aims to improve 48-hour rapid service coverage across Western Europe.

Strengthened Service Network

Bafang has established eight service networks throughout Europe, located in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, Poland, the Czech Republic, Denmark, and the UK. Each network is staffed by native-speaking service personnel. The current European service team comprises 35 members.

Service System

Bafang operates a dual-track service system:

• A brand-exclusive service program that covers the entire product lifecycle.
• A Dealer-direct-service (DDS) program, now extended to the Benelux region, Germany, Poland, and the UK. This program is available to brands utilizing Bafang's complete systems and is initiated through mutual agreement to ensure service satisfaction.
