BAFANG Expands European Operations with New Netherlands Headquarters for Enhanced E-bike Drive System Support
BAFANG, a global leader in e-bike drive systems, announces the relocation and expansion of its European headquarters to Cuijk, Netherlands. The new facility significantly boosts service capabilities, aiming for 48-hour support in Western Europe and reinforcing BAFANG's commitment to its European partners.
Facility Upgrade and Expansion
In early July 2025, BAFANG, the world's leading supplier of electric bicycle drive systems, announced the official relocation of its European headquarters to a new base in Cuijk, Netherlands. This new facility, established in 2012, marks a significant expansion.

The facility was built with BAFANG's own investment and covers approximately 4,000 square meters, which is four times the size of the previous location. The relocation aims to strengthen BAFANG's functions as a dealer service center, after-sales maintenance center, and warehousing and logistics distribution center in Europe. A key objective is to improve the 48-hour service reach within the Western European region.
Deepening Service Network
As of the press date, BAFANG has established 8 service points across Europe, including locations in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, and the United Kingdom. Each service point is staffed by native-speaking service personnel, bringing the total European service team to 35 individuals.
BAFANG implements a "dual-track service system" to manage its customer support:
- Dedicated services for brand partners, covering the entire product lifecycle.
- A dealer support program that has been expanded to include the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Poland, and the United Kingdom. To ensure high service satisfaction, this program is available to brand partners utilizing BAFANG's complete systems and is implemented following mutual agreement.
Leroy van Heerde, BAFANG's Benelux Customer Service Manager, emphasized the significance of this move: "The new base represents BAFANG's long-term commitment to the European market. We have not only expanded our physical space but also redefined our service standards. Through localized teams, intelligent supply chains, and flexible cooperation models, we enable customers to experience truly 'zero-latency' support."
