1. Logging into the EC Site
Log in to the i-PRO Partner EC site using your registered email address and password.
Access the site at: https://japanec.i-pro.com/
Important Note: Please be aware that cancellations are not possible after an order is completed.
1.1 Adjusting PC Display Size
You can adjust the display size on your PC by changing the zoom level in the browser's menu (e.g., the "..." menu in Microsoft Edge).
1.2 Product Selection
There are four primary methods for selecting products:
- Select by Camera: Browse cameras based on their features and types.
- Select by Industry: Find suitable cameras and equipment based on your industry needs (e.g., Retail, Warehouse, Nursing Homes, Apartments).
- Select from Product List: Use filters to narrow down the product selection from a comprehensive list.
- Select by Product Number: If you know the specific model number, you can search for it directly.
Example: The "Select by Camera" option allows you to view cameras like the i-PRO mini camera, which is compact, AI-enabled, and available in Wi-Fi models.
Example: The "Select from Product List" feature allows filtering, for instance, by indoor PTZ cameras.
1.2.1 Accessory Selection
After selecting your camera, you can choose compatible licenses (e.g., 1-year, 5-year), edge storage devices, and other accessories required for your setup.
1.3 Product Purchase on EC Site
Cart and Checkout
Review the items in your cart. You can add notes to your order for clarity. Click "Proceed to Payment" to continue. Note that clicking this button does not finalize the payment yet.
Order Confirmation and Notifications
You will receive several emails regarding your order: an order confirmation, a shipping schedule notification, and a delivery notification with a tracking number.
Shipping Information
Standard shipping is free of charge. Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days. Delivery times vary by region, with estimates provided for different areas of Japan. Deliveries are handled by Sagawa Express. If you are absent, the carrier will leave an absence notification.
Scheduled Delivery: You can select a specific delivery date between 5 days and one month from the order date. You can also add your company's order number in the designated field.
Estimated Arrival Date: You can check the estimated arrival date by selecting the order date and your delivery destination.
Payment Methods
Payment options include:
- Credit Card Payment (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX). Card information is not saved.
- Invoice Payment.
Billing Address: You can specify if the billing address is the same as the shipping address or provide a different one. For invoice payments, the billing address should match your registered i-PRO billing information.
Important Note on License Purchases: For i-PRO Remo. Service licenses (DG-JLE101W/DG-JLE105W/DG-JLE201W/DG-JLE205W), it is recommended to place a separate order for licenses if you intend to use them on the same day as ordering. Ordering licenses with cameras may delay their usability until the cameras arrive.
Order Completion
Once you have reviewed all details and selected your payment method, click "Order Completion" to finalize your purchase. Please be aware that once this button is pressed, the payment process begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
1.4 EC User Addition Request
To add new users to your EC account, navigate to the menu, select "Contact Us" (お問い合わせ), and then choose "EC User Addition Request" (ECユーザー追加依頼).
Fill in the required fields: Company Name, Additional User's Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number, then click "Send" (送信).
