Assembly Steps
Step 1: Attach Wheels
Attach two wheel assemblies (Part 10054612) to the underside of the main frame using screws (Part 108443). ⚙️⚙️
Step 2: Prepare Side Panels
Insert two bolts (Part 10047226) into each of the two side panels. ??
Step 3: Prepare Base Panel
Insert two bolts (Part 10047226) into the base panel. ??
Step 4: Attach Bed Frame
Place the slatted bed frame onto the assembled base. Secure it using bolts (Part 10047226), washers (Part 100854), and nuts (Part 100712). Tighten with the wrench (Part 110470). (2x shown) ?
Step 5: Attach Feet
Attach four feet (Part 147786) with hexagonal pads (Part 10050334) to the bottom of the assembled frame. ????
Step 6: Install First Mechanism Component
Attach the mechanism component (Part 10119057) to the side of the frame. ➡️
Step 7: Attach Bracket and Mechanism Bolt
Attach a bracket (Part 10100764) to the frame using bolts (Part 105102). Ensure you use the correct bolt type: bolt 105102 is correct ✔️, bolt 122692 is incorrect ❌. Also, attach mechanism bolts (Part 100104) using the hex key (Part 10095216). ??️
Step 8: Install Second Mechanism Component
Attach another mechanism component using bolts (Part 10047226), washers (Part 100854), and nuts (Part 100712). Tighten with the wrench (Part 110470). (2x shown) ?
Step 9: Attach Second Bracket
Attach the second bracket (Part 10100764) to the other side of the frame. ➡️
Step 10: Connect Mechanism Rod
Attach the long rod/mechanism part to the bracket using bolts (Part 122692) and the hex key (Part 10095216). (2x shown) ??️
Step 11: Attach Sofa/Mattress Frame
Connect the sofa/mattress frame to the main structure. Secure using the indicated fasteners (6x shown). ⬆️
Step 12: Unfold Sofa Bed Mechanism
Follow the diagrams to unfold the sofa bed mechanism. ↪️
Step 13: Place Back Cushions
Place the back cushions onto the sofa. ↓
Step 14: Fold Sofa Bed
Fold the sofa bed back into its sofa configuration. ↩️
Step 15: Place Back Cushions
Place the back cushions onto the sofa. ↓
Step 16: Final Check
Ensure all parts are securely fastened and the sofa bed operates smoothly. ℹ️
