Mounting / Installation
The following steps detail the mounting and installation process for the HUBO luminaire.
Component Overview:
- Part 1: Luminaire base/housing.
- Part 2: Diffuser/cover.
- Part 3: Mounting bracket/plate.
- Part 4: Internal wiring/driver compartment.
- Part 5: Securing mechanism for the diffuser.
Installation Steps:
Step 1: Prepare the mounting surface and attach the mounting bracket (Part 3) using appropriate fixings (indicated by X3 hammer symbols, suggesting screws or anchors). Ensure the luminaire housing (Part 1) is ready for connection.
Step 2: Connect the wiring. The diagram shows a terminal block labeled 'N', 'E', 'L' for Neutral, Earth, and Live connections respectively. Ensure the correct cable type (HOSRN-F U-1000 R2V) is used as indicated.
Step 3: For the 'HF version', a separate driver unit is shown. Connect the input (L, N) and output (N, L) terminals of the driver according to the wiring diagram.
Step 4: For the 'HF version + Préavis', an additional control unit is depicted. Follow the specific wiring instructions for this configuration.
Step 5: Secure the luminaire. Once wiring is complete, attach the diffuser (Part 2) to the housing (Part 1). The diagram indicates using a screwdriver (PH2) and four fixings (X4) to secure the diffuser.
Note: Ensure all connections are secure and follow the indicated 'ON'/'OFF' states for any integrated switches or drivers.
