The GB-001 by we are rewind revives the iconic boombox design of the 1980s with modern technology. This neo-retro device is packed with cutting-edge features, building on the success of the WE-001 cassette player. It arrives at a time when cassette sales are experiencing a significant resurgence.

The boombox features a striking visual design reminiscent of classic 80s boomboxes, complete with a prominent cassette deck, VU meters, and speaker grills. It offers a powerful audio experience with 104 watts of power delivered through four Hi-Fi speakers: two woofers for deep bass and two tweeters for crisp highs. The GB-001 is capable of playing and recording both Type I and Type II cassettes, utilizing a premium-grade mechanism and an adjustable motor for stable playback.

Beyond its retro appeal, the GB-001 is fully modern, boasting Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity, a rechargeable and replaceable battery, a microphone input, and fine-tuned sound controls including bass, treble, and balance. It also features backlit VU meters and an amplifier function for guitars. The device is ready for karaoke or musical performances with inputs for two wireless microphones.
