Installation Steps
Step 1: Disconnect Power
Ensure the electrical power supply is disconnected before starting installation. A [forbidden] symbol indicates disconnection is required.
Step 2 & 3: Valve Body Orientation
When mounting the valve body, ensure it is not rotated more than 90 degrees from its original position. Arrows indicate a maximum rotation of 90°.
Step 4: Seat the Coil
Slide the coil assembly onto the valve body. Ensure it is fully seated. An arrow indicates the direction of insertion.
Step 5 & 6: Mount to Piping
Secure the valve assembly to the piping system using appropriate mounting brackets or clamps. Verify it is firmly attached. Diagrams show the valve mounted on a pipe.
Step 7: Insert Coil
Insert the coil into the valve body. An arrow indicates the insertion direction.
Step 8: Secure Coil
Press the coil down firmly until it audibly clicks into place. A "CLICK" symbol indicates the sound. [click] symbol.
Step 9: Grounding
Connect the grounding wire to the designated terminal on the coil for electrical safety. A [ground] symbol is shown on the electrical connection.
Step 10: Connect Electrical Cable
Connect the electrical supply cable to the coil connector. An arrow indicates the connection.
Step 11: Piping Connection Type
Do not use flexible hoses for connections to this valve. Use rigid piping only. A [forbidden] symbol is shown over a flexible hose with dripping water.
Step 12: Connect Power
Connect the electrical plug to the power outlet. An arrow indicates insertion into a socket.
Step 13: Temperature Warning
Warning: The valve surface can reach high temperatures (up to 185 °C / 365 °F). Avoid touching hot parts. A [warning] symbol indicates caution.
