* Avoid closing problems caused by turbulent flow; it is required to have a straight tube on both sides of the valve.
** Required to keep same tube size for entire application, same or bigger inside diameter as valve orifice 65 / 80 / 100 mm.

Installation Guide
Installation Steps
- Disconnect power [power plug].
- Turn valve to OFF position [OFF indicator].
- Connect valve to pipework.
- Tighten flange bolts to 10 ± 0.5 Nm [torque].
- Ensure valve is installed within ± 5° of horizontal.
- Connect coil.
- Insert pipe into valve end.
- Align valve with pipework, ensuring straight pipe sections.
- Tighten pipe connections to Max. 190 Nm [torque].
- Mount valve assembly.
- Connect pipework to valve.
- Ensure coil clicks into place.
- Tighten coil retaining screws to 50-60 Ncm (0.39-0.44 lb-ft) [torque].
- Do not allow water to drip onto the coil [water drip symbol crossed out].
- Connect power [power socket].

Maintenance and Adjustments
Change Equalizing Orifice (for water hammer)
Instructions for changing the equalizing orifice from 2 mm to 1.2 mm.
- Disconnect power [power plug].
- Turn valve to OFF [OFF indicator].
- Disconnect coil.
- Remove valve assembly.
- Remove retaining nut.
- Remove old orifice (2 mm).
- Insert new orifice (1.2 mm).
- Replace retaining nut.
- Reassemble valve.
- Turn valve to ON [ON indicator].
- Check for leaks [water leak symbol crossed out].
- Connect power [power socket].
