Assembly Steps
Step 1: Prepare Door Panel (D)
Take panel D (the door). Attach hinges to the pre-drilled holes on the inside edge of the door using screws H1x12, H7x2, H8x1, and H5x1 as shown in the diagram. The diagram shows four hinge components being attached to panel D with various screws.
Step 2: Assemble the Vanity Frame
Start by assembling the base and side supports. Attach the base support (B) to the side panels (S1) using screws H1x16 and H3x4. Attach the back panel (S2) to the side panels (S1) using screws H1x16 and H2x8. Connect the upper support pieces (P1, P2, P3) to the side panels using screws H1x16 and H2x8. The diagrams show two identical side assemblies being constructed first, then joined by the back panel and top supports.
Step 3: Attach Doors and Install Shelves
Attach the prepared door (Panel D) to the assembled frame using the hinges. The diagram shows the door being mounted to the side of the vanity. Then, insert the shelf supports (P2, P3) into the designated holes inside the vanity. Place the shelf onto the supports. The diagram indicates there are 3 options for shelf height. Fasten the shelf with screws H8x4.
Door Hinge Adjustment
The hinges on the doors can be adjusted to ensure proper alignment. The following adjustments are possible:
- 1. To adjust door forward or backward.
- 2. To adjust door to right or to left.
- 3. To adjust door up or down.
The diagram illustrates the adjustment screws on the hinge mechanism. Turning screw 1 moves the door forward/backward. Turning screw 2 moves the door left/right. Turning screw 3 moves the door up/down.
