Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Panels
Attach panels 5, 6, and 7 to panel 1 using fittings A (M6*40) and B (Ø8*30). Attach panels 2 and 4 to panel 1 using fittings A and B. Note: Panels 6 and 7 have a "reverse side" indicated.
Step 2: Connect Side Panels
Connect panels 1 and 2 using fittings H (M4 Allen Key) and Q (Ø7*50). Two Q fittings are used per connection.
Step 3: Assemble Main Frame
Attach panel 8 and 10B to panel 5. Attach panel 11 to panel 2. Attach panel 7 to panels 5 and 2. Attach panel 10B to panel 7. Use fittings C (Ø15*12) and other fasteners.
Step 4: Add Internal Structure
Continue assembly by attaching panels 3, 9, 13, 15, and 12 to the existing structure. Panel 6 is also attached. Use fittings C (Ø15*12) and other fasteners.
Step 5: Attach Left Side and Internal Supports
Attach panel 4 and 1 to the left side of the unit. Connect internal support panels 11, 10B, 8, 12, 6, 9, 13, 7, 2, 3. Use fittings C (Ø15*12) and V2 (M4*16).
Step 6: Attach Right Side Panel
Attach panel 4 and 1 to the right side of the unit. Use fitting D (Ø21) for shelf support.
Step 7: Install Back Panels
Attach the back panels (17, 18, 19) to the rear of the unit using fitting V3 (M4*40).
Step 8: Assemble Cabinet Body
Position and connect the main cabinet body components: panels 5, 2, 8, 10B, 6, 7, 9, 12, 4, 1, 10A, 15. Use fitting E (Ø6) for screw caps.
Step 9: Secure Structure
Continue securing the structure by attaching panels 5, 12, 8, 10B, 7, 6, 9, 13, 2, 3, 1, 4, 10A. Use fittings Y (Corner Bracket) and V2 (M4*16).
Step 10: Install Drawer Slides/Supports
Attach drawer slide components or supports to the unit. Use fittings W (Ø8*50) and V4 (M5*70).
Step 11: Attach Drawer Slide Components
Attach the remaining drawer slide components (fitting L) to the unit.
Step 12: Insert Drawers/Shelves
Slide the panels 14 (drawer fronts or shelves) into their designated positions within the assembled unit.
Step 13: Prepare Doors
Attach hinges (I1) to the doors (panels 16).
Step 14: Attach Doors
Mount the doors (panels 16) onto the main unit, securing them with hinges and fitting V2 (M4*16).
Step 15: Adjust Doors
Adjust the hinges for proper door alignment and smooth operation. Follow the indicated adjustment steps (90% and 100% settings).
Step 16: Final Assembly
The bathroom vanity is now fully assembled.
