Assembly Instructions
Main Frame Assembly
Preparation: Use a flat surface. Prepare universal connectors (loose fit) and slide them in paired into aluminum profiles. Insert slot nuts (M8) into profiles.
Base Structure: Assemble the main frame using 1400 mm and 475 mm profiles, connecting with universal connectors and M8x30 bolts. Tighten slightly until all profiles are placed.
Continue assembly with other profiles (e.g., 475 mm, 320 mm, 400 mm) and slot nuts as shown.
Vertical Supports: Attach vertical 550 mm profiles to the base using slot nuts (M8) and M8x16 flat head black bolts. Ensure mirrored assembly on both sides.
Important Note: If your seat has a different mounting width, you may omit one profile. ATTENTION: Monstertech Center Joystick may not fit with other seat widths.
Final Tightening: Securely tighten all bolts once the main frame structure is complete.
Caps: Place protective caps on exposed profile ends.
Foot Mounting
Placement: Mount the six adjustable feet. Position two feet in the middle of the frame's long profiles and four at the ends.
Attachment: For each foot, insert a slot nut M8 into the bottom profile, followed by a washer (Ø24 mm), a 5 mm spacer, and an M8 flat nut. Screw the foot's bolt into the M8 flat nut.
Adjustment: Rotate the foot to adjust height for leveling on uneven floors. Tighten the M8 flat nut to secure the position.
Pedal / Rudder Mounting
Preparation: Use a flat surface. Attach the pedal plate to the base frame.
Attachment: Secure the pedal plate using 4x M6x14 flat head black bolts and slot nuts M6. Choose a position that does not obstruct pedal mounting bolts.
Positioning: Assemble pedal mounting brackets and plates with M6 bolts and slot nuts. Adjust distance for pedal mounting by loosening and re-tightening bolts.
