Parts List

Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps for assembling the MTS Center Joystick. Refer to the diagrams for visual guidance.

General Assembly Steps:

1. Insert slot nuts into the aluminum extrusions as required for your chosen assembly option.
2. Attach components using the provided screws and connectors.
3. Ensure all connections are secure.

Assembly Option A:

1. Attach the base structure using 2x M8x30 screws and 2x universal connectors.
2. Slide the assembled structure onto the main vertical extrusion, securing with 2x slot nuts (M8).
3. Attach the mounting plate using 2x M8x16 flat head screws.
4. Adjust the height of the mounting plate as desired by sliding it along the vertical extrusion and tightening the levers.

Assembly Option B:

1. Insert 2x slot nuts (M8) into the 350mm extrusion.
2. Attach the base structure using 2x M8x30 screws and 2x universal connectors.
3. Insert 2x slot nuts (M8) into the 220mm extrusion.
4. Attach the base structure to the 220mm extrusion using 2x M8x30 screws and 2x universal connectors.
5. Combine the two assembled sections.
6. Attach the mounting plate using 2x M8x16 flat head screws.
7. Adjust the height of the mounting plate as desired.

Final Adjustments:

1. Loosen the 2 levers on the sides to slide the center joystick assembly back and forth.
2. Fasten the levers after positioning.
3. To remove the center joystick assembly, loosen the 2 star knobs slightly and lift the part to unhook it.
4. Fix the positions of the slot nuts with set screws (2x M8x10) for added stability.

Operation

The MTS Center Joystick allows for adjustable positioning. Use the levers to slide the joystick mount forward and backward to your preferred position. Ensure the levers are tightened after adjustment.
