HelloBaby offers a one-year warranty from the original purchase date against defects in workmanship and materials. For warranty or support issues, contact their after-sales service via email.
3. Installation Guidelines
To use your parent unit and camera unit together, you must establish a radio link. Range will be affected by environmental conditions. Large metal objects (refrigerator, mirror, filing cabinet, metallic doors, reinforced concrete) between units may block the signal. Signal strength may also be reduced by solid structures (walls) or electrical equipment (TV, computers, cordless/mobile phones, fluorescent lights, dimmer switches).
Use of other 2.4GHz products (Wi-Fi routers, Bluetooth systems, microwave ovens) may cause interference. Keep the baby monitor at least 5ft (1.5m) away from these products, or turn them off if they cause interference.
4. Placement of the Camera Unit
The camera can be wall-mounted or placed on a desktop. Place the baby monitor away from heat sources (radiators, chimneys, cookers, direct sunlight), TV sets, and microwave ovens to ensure optimal reception.
