1. Product Diagram
A visual representation of the LG Magic Remote, highlighting key buttons and components:
- Power button: Turns the TV On or Off.
- Number pad (0-9): For direct channel selection or input.
- Mute button: Silences the audio.
- Home button: Accesses the smart TV interface, apps, and services.
- Voice button (Google Voice/Alexa voice): Activates voice commands for Google Assistant or Alexa.
- Source button: Switches between different input sources.
- Volume Up/Down buttons: Adjusts the TV's volume.
- Channel Up/Down buttons: Changes TV channels.
- Back button: Returns to the previous screen or menu.
- Set button: Used for various settings and confirmations.

3. How to make a connection between your TV and remote control
- Point the remote's IR Sender directly at the TV's IR Receiver Window.
- Press and hold the ? Home and ↩️ Return buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds or more.
When the TV displays "Registering new Magic Remote", the TV is in pairing mode.
Once the TV displays "Magic Remote has been successfully registered", you can release the buttons. The remote pairing is now successful.
? Please do not release the ? Home and ↩️ Return buttons until "Magic Remote has been successfully registered" is displayed. Otherwise, you might not enter into Bluetooth Pairing Mode.
4. How to Clear pairing information
To clear pairing information, press and hold the ? Home and ↩️ Return buttons simultaneously for five seconds to un-pair the Magic Remote from your TV.
5. How to active cursor
- Press the ? Home button, and return to the main menu.
- Scroll Up or Down using the directional buttons.
? If initial pairing fails, please press ? Home and ↩️ Return simultaneously for 5 seconds to erase pairing, and then pair again.
