Important Safety Instructions
Before using the Dreame Vacuum Cleaner, read this manual carefully to avoid electric shock, fire hazards, and other accidents due to unsafe use or handling.
Warning!
- The Dreame Vacuum Cleaner is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or reasoning capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge. They should be supervised or instructed by a responsible person.
- Do not allow children to handle or use the Dreame Vacuum Cleaner as a toy. Close attention is necessary when the appliance is used by or near children.
- Do not use the Dreame Vacuum Cleaner outdoors or on wet surfaces; use only in dry environments.
- Do not touch the electric plug or parts of the appliance with wet hands to prevent shock.
- To avoid injuries by fire or explosion, inspect the Battery and charger for any damage before use.
- The Soft-cloth Roller, Battery, Metal Extension Wand, and Main Machine are electric components and must not be immersed in water or liquids.
- To clean rollers or other parts, turn the power off to prevent accidental movement. Never operate without the Soft-cloth Roller, Dust Collector, and/or Filter properly installed.
- Only use the Battery Charger supplied with the Dreame Vacuum Cleaner package. Unauthorized chargers may cause fire hazards.
- Do not use the Dreame Vacuum Cleaner to pick up water, flammable/combustible materials (like petrol), or poisonous liquids (like bleach, ammonia, drain cleaner).
- Do not use the Dreame Vacuum Cleaner to pick up gypsum dust, ashes from fireplaces, burnt objects (like charcoal, cigarettes, matches).
- Do not use the Dreame Vacuum Cleaner on sharp objects (like broken glasses, nails, screws, coins) as this may damage the appliance.
- Do not operate with the air intake and moving parts near hair, fingers, body parts, or loose clothing. Never point openings, the Wand, or Vacuuming Heads at eyes, ears, or mouth.
- Do not place objects on any openings. Do not use when the suction port or opening is blocked. Regularly clean openings to keep them free of dust, lint, and hair for proper suction.
- Do not rest the Dreame Vacuum Cleaner on unstable objects (like chairs, tables) to avoid accidental falls. If damage occurs, contact Customer Service immediately; never attempt self-repair.
- Follow battery charging procedures strictly. Charging at temperatures beyond allowed limits can damage the Battery.
- Use only accessories and replacement parts recommended by Dreame Technology.
- Ensure the Dust Collector and Filter are securely attached before operating.
- Unplug from the wall plate when idling for extended periods or before maintenance/servicing.
- Exercise extra care when operating on staircases.
- Do not service, charge, or operate the Dreame Vacuum Cleaner outdoors, near swimming pools, or in bathrooms.
FIRE WARNING
- Do not apply fragrance or scented products on the Filter, as they contain flammable chemicals that can cause fire.
Please read the User Manual carefully before operating and keep it for future reference. The Dreame Vacuum Cleaner is intended for household cleaning only.
Installing Dreame Vacuum Cleaner
Open the Package
Open the carton, remove packing materials, and check contents against the User Manual. Remove the plastic bag from the Dreame Vacuum Cleaner. Save the carton and packing materials for potential shipping needs.
Product Introduction
The main components include:
- Main Machine: Contains the On/Off Button, Cyclone Suction Motor, HEPA Filter Unit, and Release Buttons for detaching the Dust Collector and Metal Extension Wand.
- Metal Extension Wand: Connects the Main Machine to the Soft-cloth Roller.
- Soft-cloth Roller: The primary cleaning head.
- Release Buttons: Used to detach the Dust Collector, Metal Extension Wand, and Soft-cloth Roller.

Assembling Procedures
- Connect Soft-cloth Roller and Metal Extension Wand: Hold the Soft-cloth Roller and insert the end of the Metal Extension Wand into its port until it clicks.
- Connect Main Machine and Metal Extension Wand: Align the electric contacts on the Main Machine and Metal Extension Wand, then push them together until they click.
- Install Mounting Station: Choose a wall location away from moisture. Drill two 8mm diameter, 30mm deep holes. Insert Plastic Screw Anchors and secure the Bracket to the wall for battery charging and accessory storage.
Attaching Accessories
Use the following accessories as needed:
- Connect Electric Bug Removal Head to Main Machine: Insert the round end of the Electric Bug Removal Head into the air intake port of the Main Machine until snug. This procedure is the same for attaching the 2-in-1 Flat Vacuuming Head or 2-in-1 Brush Vacuuming Head.
- Use of 2-in-1 Bracket: The secured bracket on the wall serves to dock Vacuuming Heads and for battery charging.
Operating Dreame Vacuum Cleaner
Battery Charging
Note: The battery may not be fully charged on first use. Charge according to the steps below. A fully charged battery will show a continuously lit indicator light.
Recharge when battery power is low. The Main Machine will shut off automatically to protect the battery if power is critically low.
Charging Methods:
Method 1: Connect the charger to the Main Machine.
Method 2: Connect the charger to the 2-in-1 Bracket, then dock the Main Machine.
Charging Time: It takes approximately 3 to 4 hours to fully charge the battery. For the first use, charge fully, discharge entirely, then recharge to maximize battery life.
Indicator Lights: During charging, the right-hand lamp blinks, then lights continuously at low charge. The middle lamp blinks, then lights continuously at median charge. The left-hand lamp stays on for 10 minutes after full charge before entering standby mode.
Operations of Main Machine
Remove the Main Machine from the charging bracket. Press the On/Off Button on the handle to start or stop the Cyclone Suction Motor. With power on, slide the Switch to select the desired vacuuming mode: Strong, Standard, or Energy-saving.
Use of Soft-cloth Roller
The Soft-cloth Roller is suitable for carpet, hardwood, or tile floors.
Caution: During operation, avoid large objects, excessive fibrous materials, or accidental catching of fingers. The appliance will immediately cut off power to prevent injury or mechanical failure.
Uses of Accessories
- 2-in-1 Flat Vacuuming Head: Suitable for cleaning surfaces of beds, sofas, furniture, and for picking up minute insects or debris.
- 2-in-1 Brush Vacuuming Head: Ideal for cleaning cracks, crevices, and hidden spots on doors and windows.
- Electric Bug Removal Head: Designed for removing minute bugs hidden beneath surfaces of sofas and beddings, requiring a pounding action for effective cleaning.
Cleaning Maintenance and Parts Replacement
Cleaning Dust Collector and Filter
Note: Replacement HEPA Filter Units can be purchased from authorized retailers.
It is recommended to clean the Dust Collector after every use. If the air filtering system is clogged, it must be cleaned, washed, or replaced. Over time, the Soft-cloth Roller may collect hairs and fibers that require cleaning for efficient operation.
1. Cleaning Dust Collector
Press the Release Button to open the Dust Collector cover and discard dirt and debris. Do not wait until it is completely full. To clean thoroughly, remove the Cyclone Suction Motor from the housing by turning it as indicated (refer to diagram). Reinstall the part after it is completely dry.
Tip: To facilitate part removal, attach the Flat Vacuuming Head to the air suction port of the Cyclone Suction Motor, turn as indicated, then detach the part for cleaning.
2. Washing HEPA Filter Unit
Securely hold the Main Machine and turn in the indicated direction to remove the HEPA Filter Unit cover for cleaning. Hint: Remove the Sponge Pad from the HEPA Filter Unit before washing.
After washing and thoroughly drying the Unit, reassemble in reverse order. Attention: Ensure the HEPA Filter Unit is completely dry before reassembly and that the Sponge Pad is placed centrally onto the Unit.
Cleaning Soft-cloth Roller
- Push the Release Button upward to open the side guard plate and expose the Soft-cloth Roller.
- Lift one end of the Roller to release it from the housing.
- Reassemble parts in reverse order after cleaning.
Cleaning Electric Bug Removal Head
Turn the knob on the Head counterclockwise until it clicks to release the roller for cleaning. Reassemble in reverse order after cleaning.
Storage for Dreame Vacuum Cleaner
Disconnecting Main Machine and Metal Extension Wand
Securely hold the Dreame Vacuum Cleaner, then press the Release Button on the Metal Extension Wand to disconnect it from the Main Machine.
Disconnecting Soft-cloth Roller and Metal Extension Wand
For long-term storage or cleaning the Soft-cloth Roller, press the Release Button to disconnect the Roller from the Wand.
Long-term Storing
Place disassembled parts in a dry, cool place, avoiding direct sun exposure for long-term storage.
