The MCS-NITROMAG-MLB-15.4 Industrial Control Panel is constructed from powder-coated aluminum for durability and longevity. It features a left-hand swing door with three eight-inch hinges for strength and a key lock for security, providing easy access to the display. This panel is designed for use in environments protected from the weather.
The system includes a Capacitive Touchscreen, MCS-NITROMAG Controller, MCS-IO-BASE, and MCS-IO-EXT, incorporating a processor, memory, eMMC Flash, and supporting power circuitry.
The panel is equipped with a 20A and a 5A Single-Pole Circuit Breaker, a 5-port 10/100/1000 Ethernet Workgroup Switch (industrial rated), a Red Alarm Indicator, a Yellow Warning Indicator, an Emergency Stop Switch, and a HAND/OFF/AUTO selector switch.
The MCS-NITROMAG controller features a built-in WiFi interface for Ethernet connectivity and an onboard WiFi antenna connection mounted on the front of the touchscreen.
It offers various connection ports:
- 2 HDMI ports (1 Standard and 1 Micro port)
- 12vdc & 24vdc power input connections
- Ethernet port (10Mbps/100Mbps/1GHz)
- MCS-IO port for communicating with expansion boards
The system includes a MODBUS interface, enabling it to function as a Modbus Master using the Modbus RTU protocol for communication with Modbus slave devices. Power is supplied via an MCS-12V-90W power supply. An electrical outlet is also provided for laptop plug-in power.
