Description
The MCS-NITROMAG-LB Industrial Control Panel is constructed from powder-coated aluminum for durability and longevity. It features a left-hand swing door mounted with three eight-inch hinges for strength. A key lock provides security for the door while allowing easy access to the display and keypad. Critical safety components are manufactured by MCS and installed in this panel, holding UL Recognized Components status under UL File #169780, and are also ROHS compliant.
The MCS-NITROMAG-LB is equipped standard with an MCS-NITROMAG micro controller board, an MCS-IO-Base, and an MCS-IO-EXT board. Additional MCS RO and SI boards can be added as required. Power is supplied by an MCS-12V-90W power supply. The panel includes a 20A and a 5A Single-Pole Circuit Breaker, a Red Alarm Indicator, a Yellow Warning Indicator, an Emergency Stop Switch with guard, and a 3-Position Run/Stop Selector Switch. An electrical outlet is provided for laptop plug-in power at the panel.
SHIELDWIRE-GROUNDING multi-terminal connectors are included to help eliminate stray electrical current, thereby reducing line noise from sensors connected to the controller.
