Description
The MCS-NITROMAG-CENTRIFUGAL-KP enclosure is constructed from powder-coated aluminum, ensuring durability and longevity. It features a left-hand swing door mounted on three eight-inch hinges for enhanced strength. A key lock is integrated for security, while still allowing easy access.
This control panel comes standard with a MCS-NITROMAG controller, an LCD Keypad, three 16 amp, one 20 amp, and one 5 amp circuit breakers. It also includes a 15A electrical outlet for convenient laptop power connection and a Ground Bar for sensor input shields.
The MCS-NitroMag-Centrifugal-KP supports various modules including: MCS-IO-BASE, MCS-IO-EXT, MCS-SI-BASE, MCS-SI-EXT, and MCS-RO-BASE. It integrates a processor, memory, eMMC Flash, and supporting power circuitry.
Standard configuration features include: isolation relays, BMS Network connectivity (field-selectable hardware or network BMS), and a BMS Terminal block for chiller relay.
The control panel is equipped with the following: 20A, 16A, and a 5A Single-Pole Circuit Breaker. It also includes a 5-port 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet Workgroup Switch (industrial rated), a Red Alarm Indicator, a Yellow Warning Indicator, an Emergency Stop Switch with guard, and a 3-Position Run/Stop Selector Switch.
SHIELDWIRE-GROUNDING multi-terminal connectors (11) are provided to eliminate stray electrical current, helping to reduce line noise from sensors connected to the controller.
