Purpose and Application
The Avaya J100 Expansion Module is designed to extend the capabilities of the Avaya IP J179 Phone. It is particularly suited for end-users in administration and reception areas where comprehensive call coverage and real-time monitoring of call status are critical.
Functionality and Features
Each expansion module adds 24 programmable buttons, enhancing the Avaya IP J179 Phone's capacity for incoming/outgoing calls, autodialing, contact dialing, and other applications. The module features a 4.3-inch color display (272 x 480 pixels) and provides access to up to 24 buttons and lamps, with the ability to display three pages when a single module is used. Each feature/line button includes a red/green indicator.

- Software Compatibility: Supported on J179 with both H.323 and SIP software.
