Soundcore Space A40 Quick Start Guide
This guide provides essential information to get you started with your Soundcore Space A40 true wireless earbuds.
1. SUPPORT

2. APP
Download the Soundcore app to enhance your experience. The app offers features such as Ambient Sound modes, adaptive noise control, HearID Sound, equalizer tuning, custom controls, and firmware updates.

3. WEARING
Choose the Ear Tips that fit your ears best. Take a fit test in the Soundcore app to ensure you get the best Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) performance.
Ear tip sizes available: XS, S, M, L, XL.

4. CHARGING
Fully dry off the earbuds and the USB-C charging port before charging.
For wireless charging, position the charging case at the center of your wireless charger.
Battery level indicators:
- < 30%: [low-battery indicator]
- 30% - 70%: [medium-battery indicator]
- 70% - 95%: [high-battery indicator]
- >95%: [full-battery indicator]
Charging time note: 10 minutes of charging provides approximately 4 hours of playback.

5. POWERING ON & PAIRING
Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter Bluetooth pairing mode [bluetooth-symbol].
When connecting for the first time, select "Soundcore Space A40" from your device's Bluetooth list.

6. MULTIPOINT CONNECTION
The earbuds can connect with two devices simultaneously, allowing you to switch between them effortlessly.
To pair with another device: Wear the earbuds, then press and hold the touchpad [touchpad-icon] on both earbuds for 3 seconds simultaneously.

7. MANUAL PAIRING
To manually enter Bluetooth pairing mode [bluetooth-symbol]:
- Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open.
- Press and hold the button on the charging case for 3 seconds until the LED indicators [led-indicator] flash white in sequence continuously.

8. CONTROLS
Customize your control experience via the Soundcore app. Default controls include:
- Tap Twice (x2): [Function varies based on mode - e.g., Play/Pause, ANC/Transparency toggle]
- Tap and Hold for 2 seconds (2s): [Function varies - e.g., Volume Up/Down, Next/Previous Track, Voice Assistant]
Specific functions for ANC [noise-cancellation], Transparency [transparency], and Normal modes [normal-mode] are managed through these controls.

9. NOISE CANCELLATION
To reduce unwanted ambient noise, select a noise cancellation mode in the Soundcore app.
- Adaptive Mode: Automatically switches to the most suitable noise-cancelling equalizer for different user scenarios.
- Manual Mode: Allows you to set the level of noise cancellation manually.

10. TRANSPARENCY
To stay aware of your surroundings while listening to music, select a transparency mode in the Soundcore app.
- Fully Transparent: Hear all ambient sounds.
- Vocal Mode: Voices stand out more clearly from other ambient sounds.

11. LDAC
Experience LDAC quality sound by using devices powered by Android 8.0 or later.

12. POWERING OFF
Return the earbuds to the charging case and close the case to power them off [power-symbol].

13. RESET
To reset the earbuds:
- Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open.
- Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators [led-indicator] turn white for 5 seconds.
