Limited Warranty Details

Applicability: This non-transferable warranty applies to newly purchased, unopened be quiet! products and is enforceable by the original consumer purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service. be quiet! does not offer warranty registration.

Warranty Period: Parts and labor are covered for the specified warranty period from the date of purchase, which varies by model. Replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original period or thirty days, whichever is longer.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, products modified without permission, damage from misuse, accidents, improper connections, acts of nature, unauthorized repairs, or shipping damage. It also excludes cartons, cases, batteries, consumables, and does not warrant the product will meet specific requirements (user responsibility). Removal/installation and shipping charges are not covered.

Exclusion of Damages: be quiet!'s liability is limited to repair or replacement. They are not liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, or damages from service interruption or loss of business.

Limitations of Implied Warranties: Express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the specified warranty length.

Local Law and Your Warranty: This warranty grants specific legal rights that may vary by local law.
