This document provides a 3-year manufacturer's warranty for the consumer, applicable to products purchased from authorized be quiet! dealers. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service. Please retain your original receipt. Manipulations, technical modifications, or damage due to mechanical force will void the warranty. Radiator Clearance

The PURE BASE 501 offers the following radiator clearance:

• Front: 240mm, 280mm, 360mm
• Top: 240mm
• Rear: 120mm, 140mm

Specific dimensions for clearance are indicated in the diagrams.

Installation Guides

Removing the Side Panel

To remove the side panel, locate the screws on the rear of the case, unscrew them, and slide the panel off.

Removing the Window Panel

For window versions, locate the screws securing the glass panel, unscrew them, and carefully remove the panel.

Removing the Top Cover

To remove the top cover, unscrew the fasteners on the rear and lift the cover off.

Removal and Installation of the Case Front

The front panel can be removed by pulling it gently from the bottom. To reinstall, align it with the top clips and push it into place.

Removing the Front Dust Filter

Gently pull the front dust filter outwards from the bottom edge.

Removing the Bottom Dust Filter

The bottom dust filter can be removed by sliding it out from the front of the case.

Installation of SSDs on the Panel

SSD mounting points are available on the SSD panel. Secure the SSDs using the provided screws.

Installation of SSDs on the Bracket

The SSD bracket can be mounted in various locations. Attach the SSDs to the bracket using screws.

Installing Drives into the HDD Cage

The HDD cage supports multiple drives. Insert drives into the cage and secure them with screws.

Installing the Power Supply

Mount the power supply unit in the designated bay at the bottom of the case and secure it with screws.

Installation of the Motherboard

Place the motherboard onto the standoffs inside the case and secure it with screws.

Installation of a Graphics Card

Install the graphics card into the appropriate PCIe slot and secure it with the case's retention mechanism.

Installation of a Graphics Card Vertically

Utilize the vertical GPU bracket and riser cable (sold separately) to mount the graphics card vertically. Follow the specific instructions provided with the bracket and riser cable.

Limited Warranty

This non-transferable warranty applies to newly purchased, unopened be quiet! products and is enforceable by the original consumer purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service. be quiet! does not provide warranty registration services.

Warranty Period

Parts and labor are warranted for the applicable warranty period from the date of purchase, which varies by model. Replaced products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty days, whichever is longer.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, products modified without permission, defaced serial numbers, damage from accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper voltage, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow instructions. It also excludes damage from acts of nature (fire, water, lightning), unauthorized repairs, shipping/transport damage, and causes unrelated to manufacturing defects. Consumables like cartons, cases, batteries, and accessories are not covered. be quiet! does not warrant that the product will meet your specific requirements; it is your responsibility to determine suitability. Removal/installation charges, shipping charges, and incidental charges are not covered.

Exclusion of Damages

be quiet!'s sole obligation is to repair or replace a defective product. be quiet! is not liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, interruption of service, or business loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Limitations of Implied Warranties

Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration specified in the warranty period. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are provided.

Local Law and Your Warranty

This warranty grants specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights under local law.
