Getting Started with Your Smartwatch
This manual guides you through setting up your watch. Proper setup ensures your watch synchronizes data with the PGfit application, providing detailed statistics, historical trends, sleep tracking, and more. Once setup is complete, you are ready to start using its features. Explore available watch faces or choose personalized themed backgrounds to express your style. To change watch faces, press and hold the screen for 2 seconds, then swipe left or right.
Direct Access Gestures
Navigate your watch effortlessly with these gestures:
- Swipe Down: Access the Quick Settings Center. (Gesture: ⬇️)
- Swipe Up: Enter the Message Inbox. (Gesture: ⬆️)
- Swipe Left: Access the Features menu. (Gesture: ⬅️)
- Swipe Right: Enter a submenu to view weather, sleep data, camera shutter, messages, heart rate, and blood pressure. Swipe left from this submenu to return to the main menu. (Gesture: ➡️)
Additionally, press the lower right function button once to directly enter Sports Mode.
Pairing Your Watch with Your Mobile Phone
1) Download the PGfit App
Scan the QR code with your mobile phone to download the PGfit app. You can also find the QR code within the watch's settings: swipe down on the watch screen, select the Settings icon (⚙️), scroll down, and select the app's QR code. Alternatively, search for the PGfit app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2) Pairing Instructions:
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile phone and launch the PGfit app. Grant necessary permissions and complete your profile setup. Navigate to 'Add Device' within the app and select 'PG333'. Once paired and access is granted, the PG333 status will indicate 'connected'.

Configuration in the PGfit App
Access various functionalities by opening the PGfit app and tapping the corresponding icon.
Watch Faces
Discover more watch faces or select 'Edit Backgrounds' to use images from your phone's album and customize on-screen text elements.
Notifications
Enable or disable notifications for calls, messages, and alerts from other applications.
Alarms
Set custom alarm reminders.
Other Settings
Manage features such as 'Find Device', time format, sedentary reminders, all-day heart rate monitoring, 'Do Not Disturb' mode, language settings, unit format, auto-lock, quick view, drink water reminders, weather display, and cycle reminders.
Clock Functionality
Use the watch as a remote shutter for your mobile phone's camera.
Updates and Device Management
Firmware Update
Update the watch's firmware through the PGFIT app when a new version is available.
Remove Device
To remove the device, turn off Bluetooth on your mobile phone.
Charging Suggestions
- Use a charger with a 5V/1A output voltage/current for optimal charging.
- The data cable features a magnetic connector. Keep the watch and charging cable away from metallic objects during charging to prevent potential fire hazards from short circuits.
Safety Precautions
To ensure optimal device performance and safety, please read and follow all safety information before use:
- Medical Device Interaction: If you use medical devices (e.g., pacemakers), consult a healthcare professional and the medical device manufacturer before using this product. Radio waves may interfere with medical devices.
- In-Flight Use: Keep the device powered off during flights. Electronic device radio waves can interfere with aircraft operations. Follow airline regulations.
- Temperature Extremes: Avoid exposing the device to extreme heat (e.g., direct sunlight, near heaters, ovens, microwaves) or cold. High temperatures can cause battery explosion or other safety incidents.
- Disassembly: Do not attempt to disassemble the device or its non-removable lithium polymer battery. Unauthorized disassembly can lead to battery explosion or other safety hazards.
- Accessories: Use only original accessories and a certified charger. Charge the device for 1-2 hours before initial use.
- Charging Environment: Keep the charging device and cable away from metallic objects to prevent short circuits and potential fires.
- Health Data Disclaimer: Health-related data (heart rate, blood pressure) are for reference only. This product is not a medical device and should not be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment.
Troubleshooting
1) Watch Not Turning On:
Charge the watch for 1-2 hours using the original accessories. If it still does not power on, try charging with a different compatible cable and charger for 1-2 hours.
2) Watch Cannot Connect to Mobile Phone:
- Ensure the correct PGfit app is installed and all necessary permissions are granted.
- Verify that Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile phone.
- Restart your mobile phone and attempt to pair again.
- Uninstall and reinstall the PGfit app. Remove all previously paired Bluetooth devices from your phone and re-pair the watch following the manual's steps.
- Reset the watch to factory settings: swipe down on the watch screen, select 'Settings', and confirm the factory reset.
3) Incorrect Step Count or Movement Distance:
Complete your personal profile in the PGfit app, including accurate height, age, weight, and other relevant information.
4) Watch Not Receiving Synced Messages:
- Confirm that all app permissions were granted to PGfit during installation.
- In the PGfit app, navigate to 'App Notification Reminder' and ensure notification permissions for PGfit are enabled on your phone.
- Alternatively, try connecting to a different mobile phone to diagnose if the issue is phone-specific.
- If the problem persists across devices, please report your phone model to customer support for assistance.
5) Battery Drains Quickly:
- Reduce screen brightness.
- Adjust the auto-lock screen timeout duration.
- Review and adjust automatic heart rate detection settings, including 24-hour monitoring.
- Disable unnecessary notifications and reminders within the PGfit app.
6) Bluetooth Not Connecting on Watch:
Bluetooth connection is automatically established once pairing is successfully completed. Manual activation of Bluetooth on the watch is not required.
7) No Vibration for New Messages:
- Ensure 'Theater Mode' is not activated on the watch, as this mode typically silences notifications.
- Confirm that the vibration mode is enabled in the watch's settings.
