Device Setup and Mounting
Section A: iPhone 12 or Later (with optional MagSafe™ Case)
For iPhone 12 or later models using a MagSafe-compatible case, the MagicMount PRO CHARGE can attach directly. The MagSafe case is required for proper function. The MagicPlate is not needed in this configuration.
For iPhone 12 or later models without a case, the MagicPlate is also not required.
Section B: Wireless Charging Smartphones (with Case)
For other Qi-compatible smartphones (e.g., iPhone 11, Pixel 4 and newer) that require a case for wireless charging:
Use the included template (I) to position the MagicPlate (E) correctly on the back of the device's case. Ensure the plate is centered for optimal charging. Note: Manufacturing materials of some cases may prevent direct adhesive bonding.
Section C: Attaching Device with MagicPlate
For Qi-compatible smartphones without a case, or for devices that do not have a built-in MagSafe or Qi charging system:
1. Clean the device surface with the supplied wipe (H).
2. Apply the Protective Film (F) to the device surface where the MagicPlate will be placed. This film helps with easier removal later.
3. Use the Mounting Template (I) to accurately position the MagicPlate (E) onto the Protective Film. Press firmly to adhere.
Note on MagicPlate Removal: If the MagicPlate needs to be removed, use a credit card to gently slide between the film and the plate. Avoid using sharp or hard objects, as they can damage the device.
Section D: Window/Dash Mount
Window Mount:
1. Clean the window surface thoroughly.
2. With the lever in the UP position, place the mount arm onto the window. Press the lever down to securely lock it in place.
StickGrip Dash Mount:
1. Select a flat surface on the dashboard and clean it using the supplied wipe (H). Test the wipe in an inconspicuous area first, as it may cause discoloration on some plastic, vinyl, or painted surfaces.
2. Remove the protective film from the StickGrip mounting base (G). Place the base onto the prepared surface and press firmly.
3. With the lever in the UP position, place the mount arm onto the StickGrip base and press the lever down to lock it in place.
Note on StickGrip: StickGrip may leave residue or discoloration on some surfaces. It might also leave a ring mark when mounted on a dashboard. To renew and reuse the StickGrip base, rinse it under warm water and allow it to air dry.
Section E: Mount Adjustment
Charge Mount Adjustment: Loosen the ball-joint collar to adjust the viewing angle or rotate the mount 360°.
Telescoping Arm Adjustment: Loosen the front knob to extend the telescoping arm. Loosen the rear knob to adjust the angle of the arm.
