Common Problems
Q: Why is my device staying "Offline"?
Newly added devices require 1-2 minutes to connect to Wi-Fi and the network. If the device remains offline for an extended period, check the Wi-Fi indicator status:
- Blue Wi-Fi indicator flashes quickly once per second: The device failed to connect to your Wi-Fi. Possible reasons include:
- Incorrect Wi-Fi password entered.
- Excessive distance between the device and the router, or environmental interference. Try moving the device closer to the router. If it still fails, try adding it again.
- The 5GHz Wi-Fi network is not supported; only 2.4GHz wireless networks are supported.
- MAC address filtering is enabled. Disable it.
- Blue indicator quickly flashes twice per second: The device has connected to Wi-Fi but failed to connect to the server. Ensure your network connection is stable. Frequent double flashes indicate an unstable network, not a product issue. If the network is normal, try restarting the switch by turning off the power.
