The device weight is less than 1 kg. The installation height of less than 2 meters is recommended.
Operating Instructions
1. Power Off
Before installation or maintenance, ensure the power supply is turned off.
Safety Warning: Please install and maintain the device by a professional electrician. To avoid electric shock hazard, do not operate any connection or contact the terminal connector while the device is powered on! ⚡
2. Wiring Instruction
Before wiring, please remove the protective cover.

Close the protective cover after confirming the wiring is correct. ✔️
3. Download the eWeLink App
Scan the QR codes or search for "eWeLink" in the App Store or Google Play to download the application. The app supports Android™ and iOS devices.
4. Power On
After powering on, the device will enter Bluetooth pairing mode during the first use. The Wi-Fi LED indicator will flash in a cycle of two short and one long flash. If not paired within 3 minutes, the device will exit pairing mode. To re-enter pairing mode, long-press the pairing button for approximately 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi LED indicator flashes in the described pattern.
5. Pair with eWeLink App
Tap the "+" icon in the eWeLink app, select "Bluetooth Pairing", and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the pairing process.
Add eWeLink-Remote Sub-devices
Navigate to the MINIR3 settings page in the eWeLink app, tap "eWeLink-Remote sub-devices", and trigger the sub-device by pressing its button. The sub-device will then be added successfully.
This device can be added up to 8 sub-devices. ⬆️

DIY Mode
The DIY Mode is designed for IoT home automation users and developers who want to control SONOFF devices via existing open-source platforms or local HTTP clients, instead of the eWeLink App. Visit sonoff.tech for more information.
How to Enter DIY Pairing Mode:
- Long press the Pairing button for 5s until the Wi-Fi LED indicator changes in a cycle of two short flashes and one long flash, then release.
 - Long press the Pairing button for 5s again until the Wi-Fi LED indicator flashes quickly. The device then enters DIY Pairing Mode.
 
The device will exit DIY Pairing Mode if not paired within 3 minutes. ⏱️
Factory Reset
Deleting the device on the eWeLink app will restore it to factory settings. ✔️
Common Problems
Fail to Pair Wi-Fi Devices to eWeLink APP
- Ensure the device is in pairing mode. It will automatically exit after 3 minutes of unsuccessful pairing.
 - Turn on location services and allow location permission. This is required to scan for Wi-Fi networks.
 - Verify your Wi-Fi network is on the 2.4GHz band.
 - Confirm you have entered the correct Wi-Fi SSID and password. Avoid special characters.
 - Place the device close to the router during pairing for a stable signal.
 
Wi-Fi Devices "Offline" Issue
Check the Wi-Fi LED indicator status:
- LED blinks once every 2s (Fail to connect to router):
 - Incorrect Wi-Fi SSID or password.
 - Wi-Fi SSID/password contains unsupported special characters (e.g., Hebrew, Arabic).
 - Router has low capacity or is overloaded.
 - Weak Wi-Fi signal strength or obstacles between device and router.
 - Device MAC address is blacklisted by your router.
 - LED flashes twice (Fail to connect to server):
 - Check your internet connection.
 - Router has low capacity; consider reducing connected devices or upgrading the router.
 - Contact your ISP to ensure server addresses are not blocked:
