Operation Instruction
1. Download eWeLink APP
Download the eWeLink APP to manage your smart devices.

2. Power on
Powering on the device will initiate the quick pairing mode (Touch) during the first use. The Wi-Fi indicator will flash quickly ⚡.
The device will exit pairing mode (Touch) if not paired within 3 minutes. To re-enter this mode, long press the configuration button for 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi indicator flashes quickly ⚡ and then release.
3. Add the device
Method 1: Scan the code to add (recommended)
Tap the "+" icon, select "Scan QR code", then scan the QR code on the card in the package to add the device.
Method 2: Manual to add
Follow these steps to add the device manually:
- Set the device to pairing mode. On your mobile phone, find the Wi-Fi SSID starting with "ITEAD-", connect to it, and save the last 10 digital codes (the digital code is the unique ID of the device).
- Open the "eWeLink" App, tap "+", select "Scan QR code". If scanning fails, tap "Scanning failed. Please enter device ID manually" at the bottom, enter the saved device ID, tap "Next", and wait for the adding process to complete.

Switch Network
To change the Wi-Fi network, long press the pairing button for 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi indicator flashes quickly ⚡, then release. The device will enter pairing mode, allowing you to re-pair it.
Factory Reset
Deleting the device from the eWeLink app will restore it to its factory settings.
Common Problems
Q: Why my device stays “Offline”?
A: The newly added device requires 1-2 minutes to connect to Wi-Fi and the network. If it remains offline for an extended period, diagnose the issue based on the blue Wi-Fi indicator status:
1. Blue Wi-Fi indicator flashes once per second: Connection to Wi-Fi failed.
- Check if the Wi-Fi password was entered correctly.
- Ensure sufficient proximity to the router and minimize environmental interference. If the issue persists, try adding the device again.
- Verify that you are using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as 5GHz networks are not supported.
- Check if MAC address filtering is enabled on your router and disable it if necessary.
If the problem persists after trying the above steps, try creating a Wi-Fi hotspot using your mobile data network and then add the device.
2. Blue Wi-Fi indicator flashes twice per second: Connected to Wi-Fi but failed to connect to the server.
Ensure your network connection is stable. Frequent double flashes indicate an unstable network, which is not a product issue. If the network is stable, try power cycling the device by turning off the power and then restarting it.
