To reduce the risk of electric shock, this product has a grounding-type plug with a third (grounding) pin. This plug will only fit into a grounding-type power outlet. If the plug does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. Do not change the plug in any way.
Controlling Appliances

Getting to Know Your Device
The Enbrighten ZW3107 Plug-in Smart Dimmer offers convenient control over your lighting.
Key Features:
- Two Z-Wave controlled AC outlets for standard incandescent lighting or dimmable CFL/LEDs. Both outlets are controlled simultaneously.
- Remote ON/OFF and brightness control via a Z-Wave controller.
- Manual ON/OFF and brightness control using the top-mounted push button.
- Space-efficient design that routes cords to the side, allowing close placement of furniture.
Device Components:
- A. Z-Wave Controlled Outlets: Two outlets that can be remotely turned ON/OFF and dimmed together.
- B. Manual/Program Button: This button allows manual ON/OFF control (single press) and brightness adjustment (press and hold). It is also used to add or remove the device from a Z-Wave network (single press).
- C. Cycle LED Light: The LED indicator can be configured for different modes: ON when load is ON (default), ON when load is OFF (guide light), always OFF, or always ON. Cycle through these modes by pressing the program button 10 times quickly.
Installation
NOTE: Plug directly into outlet. Do not use with extension cords.
- Plug a light into one of the Z-Wave controlled outlets on the smart dimmer.
- Plug the smart dimmer directly into an available grounded wall outlet. The top outlet is recommended if available.
Operation
Manual Control:
- To turn the connected lamp(s) ON or OFF: Press and release the manual/program button.
- To adjust brightness: Press and hold the manual/program button. Release when the desired level is reached.
Z-Wave Control:
- Turn lamp(s) ON/OFF and adjust dim levels remotely using your Z-Wave controller.
- Control can be programmed via groups, scenes, schedules, and automations.
- If your Z-Wave controller supports remote access, you can control your lighting from mobile devices.
LED Indicator Modes:
- Mode 1 (Default): LED is ON when the load is ON.
- Mode 2: LED is ON when the load is OFF (guide light).
- Mode 3: LED is always OFF.
- Mode 4: LED is always ON.
Z-Wave Network Integration
This product can be included and operated in any Z-Wave network with other Z-Wave certified devices. Non-battery operated nodes act as repeaters to increase network reliability.
Adding Your Device to a Z-Wave Network:
- Follow the instructions for your Z-Wave certified controller to add the smart dimmer.
- Once the controller is ready, single press and release the manual/program button on the smart dimmer to include it.
SmartStart Inclusion:
SmartStart enabled products can be added by scanning the Z-Wave QR code on the product with a controller supporting SmartStart. The device will be added automatically within 10 minutes of being powered on in the network vicinity.
Removing and Resetting the Device:
- Follow your Z-Wave controller's instructions to remove a device from the network.
- When the controller is ready, press and release the manual/program button on the smart dimmer.
Returning to Factory Defaults:
- Unplug the dimmer from the outlet.
- Press and hold the top button for at least three seconds while plugging the dimmer back into an outlet.
- The LED will flash five times upon successful completion.
NOTE: Use factory reset only if the primary controller is missing or inoperable.
Association Command Class (3 Groups):
- Group 1: Supports Lifeline, Switch Multilevel Report, and Central Scene Notification.
- Group 2: Supports Basic Set and is controlled with the local load.
- Group 3: Supports Basic Set and is controlled by double-pressing the button.
- Each Association Group supports up to 5 total nodes.
