Assembly Instructions

This document provides assembly instructions for the Outsunny Raised Garden Bed (Model: 84H-110V01). Please read these instructions carefully and retain them for future reference. Estimated assembly time is 1 hour, requiring 4 main steps.

Important Notes Before Assembly

Notice: If there is slight bending on the corners of the panels, wear gloves and gently stretch the corners until they are flat. This will not affect the assembly process.

Parts and Hardware

Parts:

P1: Slatted Panels (x12) - Long, rectangular panels with horizontal slats.
P2: Slatted Panels (x4) - Shorter, rectangular panels with horizontal slats.
B1: Support Rods (x6) - Long, slender metal rods.
W1: Corner Connectors (x4) - L-shaped brackets or connectors for joining panels at corners.

Hardware:

F2: Bolts and Nuts (x84, +1 spare) - Standard fasteners for connecting parts.

Note: Do not fully tighten bolts until all parts are connected.

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Assembling the Base Structure

Begin by connecting the side panels (P1) to the corner connectors (W1) using the bolts and nuts (F2). Ensure the panels are oriented correctly. Repeat this process to form the basic rectangular frame of the garden bed.

Step 2: Attaching End Panels

Attach the shorter end panels (P2) to the structure using the bolts and nuts (F2). This completes the main box shape of the raised bed.

Step 3: Inserting Support Rods

Insert the support rods (B1) into the designated slots along the inner sides of the garden bed. These rods provide additional stability.

Step 4: Final Tightening

Once all parts are assembled and in place, go back and fully tighten all bolts and nuts (F2).

Assembly Complete

Your Outsunny Raised Garden Bed is now assembled and ready for use.
