The Corning OptiSheath® MF12 multiport terminal combines the OptiTip® adapter with a sealed closure for quick and easy deployment. The factory-terminated enclosure eliminates the time required for field-termination methods while providing industry-leading quality and reliability. The OptiSheath MF12 multiport terminal is easily mounted in pedestals, on poles, or below ground for increased deployment versatility.
The MF12 terminal is fully compatible with existing preconnectorized OptiTip® Multifiber Connector solutions and is ideal for easy installation of zone architectures. When paired with OptiTip Interconnect Cable, OptiSheath® UltraNAP™™ and OptiSheath MultiPort Terminals, many design challenges such as cul-de-sacs and small pockets of homes can be accommodated to create efficient and scalable networks.
