- The lamp is not waterproof. Do not expose it to splashing or dripping water.
- Operating temperature should be between -10 °C and 40 °C.
- The internal light source of the lamp cannot be replaced independently. If it breaks, the entire lamp must be replaced.
- The lamp and power adapter are intended for use together. Do not attempt to use either with other devices or adapters.
- Do not use the lamp with a dimmer switch.
- Do not use the lamp near heat sources.
- Do not use the lamp near potentially hazardous sources (e.g., candles, objects filled with liquid, etc.).
- CAUTION - the product is not a toy. Children and persons with disabilities should use it under adult supervision.

The lamp features a built-in microphone for voice control.

Device Installation
- Insert the power adapter cable into the lamp's DC port.
- Plug the power adapter into an electrical outlet.
Pairing with Govee Home App
To pair your device, you will need:
- A WiFi router supporting 2.4GHz and 802.11 b/g/n bands. (5GHz band is not supported).
- A smartphone or tablet with iOS 8.0 (or higher) or Android 4.3 (or higher).
- Download the Govee Home app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone.
- Open the app, tap the "+" icon in the top right corner, and search for "H6022".
- Tap the device icon and follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing.
Troubleshooting
Cannot connect to Govee Home App
- Check if the device is powered on.
- Check if Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone, or try connecting with another smartphone.
- For the first connection, ensure the smartphone is close to the device.
- If the connection error persists, remove the connected device from the "My Devices" section in the app. Reconnect to the Govee Home app following the previously mentioned instructions.
Cannot connect to Wi-Fi
- Do not skip the Wi-Fi connection steps in the app.
- The 5GHz network is not supported. Set your router to 2.4GHz and then reset it.
- Connect your phone to Wi-Fi and check if the network is working properly.
- Verify that you have entered the correct Wi-Fi name and password.
- Change the Wi-Fi password to a short one (recommended: 8 characters, alphanumeric).
- Connect your phone's hotspot to the lamp and check if the router and lamp are functioning.
Cannot connect to Alexa
- Disconnect all connecting parts of the light strip and then reconnect them firmly.
- Reset Wi-Fi on your smartphone. Disconnect the adapter port and then reconnect it.
Can one device be controlled by multiple users?
- Each device can only be controlled by one account.
- If multiple users want to manage the same device, ensure they all use the same account.
