Product Overview

The AVANT 12 is an amplification headend designed for individual or collective terrestrial signal installations. It allows individual programming of channels available in 4 VHF+UHF (TDT) inputs, totaling 32 digital filters. The headend features 6 inputs, configurable in two distribution modes: FM-4x[VHF+UHF]-FI or FM-DAB-3xUHF-FI. This enables programmable amplification and equalization across different RF inputs.

It includes 4G/5G filtering, allowing the device to automatically discriminate programming up to channel 48 (LTE700). Thanks to its integrated Bluetooth® antenna, advanced programming of the amplification headend can be performed wirelessly from a smartphone or tablet (Android/iOS) using the ASuite application.

Functionalities Explained

Channel Filter Programming

Selected channels are assigned to each available input, with one filter per input, up to a maximum of 32 filters. Selected channels can also be processed and shifted in frequency.

Automatic Channel Adjustment

The signal level of each channel is processed automatically by the device, amplified to the maximum possible level, and all filtered channels are balanced to prevent signal fluctuations between them.

Manual Output Level Adjustment

ASuite allows an additional adjustment of ± 3dB relative to the previous automatic adjustment. This is performed manually and independently for each filter, for channels requiring finer tuning.

Antenna Powering Activation

Controls the current flow through each RF input to power antennas or pre-amplifiers.
