Before You Submit Your Rebate

Please ensure you have the following:

• A clear copy of your original invoice (photo or PDF) showing:
  • Complete payment
  • Purchase date
  • Model number(s)
  • Retailer name and address
  • Your name and address
• The delivery or installation amount and date must be clearly noted on the invoice.

After Your Rebate is Submitted

1. Rebate processing updates will be sent to the email address you provide.
2. Check the status of your rebate at nationwiderebatecenter.com.
3. Approved claims will receive the virtual payment option via email or the physical card via mail to the address provided.

Terms and Conditions

• Offer limited to one rebate per consumer per household/email address.
• Rebates must be submitted by the consumer using valid information.
• Offer is limited to the amount of the stated rebate ($100).
• Prior sales, back orders, and special orders do not qualify.
• Multiple sales to apartments, condominiums, subdivisions, wholesalers, dealer sales, builders, or resellers do not qualify.
• Offer void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
• Valid for end-use consumers in all US states, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
• Nationwide Marketing Group reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time.
• Missing, incomplete, or incorrect information will delay processing and may void the rebate.
• The consumer is responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected mail. Retain copies of all documents.
• Qualifying models must be purchased between 07/11/24 and 12/31/24.
• No substitution of other models is allowed.
• Late submissions will not be accepted.
• Offer valid only at Authorized Dealers in the United States.
• Invoice/receipt must show qualifying model(s), item(s) purchased, purchase price(s), and purchase date.
• Fraudulent claim submission could result in federal prosecution.
• A valid Serial Number is required. Failure to provide one may result in a non-compliant claim.
• If delivery is after 01/31/25, submit the claim by the postmark date without serial numbers.
• ALL claims MUST be postmarked no later than 01/31/25.
• To submit serial numbers after rebate submission, go online to nationwide-rebatecenter.com or call (888) 324-4030 no later than ninety (90) days after the postmark date of 01/31/25.
• Purchases from Costco, Best Buy, Lowe's, and The Home Depot are NOT eligible for this rebate.
• Prepaid Mastercard card/virtual card is issued by Pathward®, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to license by Mastercard International Incorporated.
• Card/Virtual card valid for up to 6 months; unused funds will forfeit after the valid thru date. Terms and conditions apply.
