  • Select a program with higher temperature and longer cycle time.
  • Deteriorated surfaces may trap stains like tea or coffee.
  • Store detergent properly to maintain its effectiveness.

Lime traces or misty appearance on glassware:

  • Check rinse aid level and increase setting.
  • Ensure water hardness setting is appropriate or salt level is sufficient.
  • Check for salt leakage and ensure the salt reservoir lid is tightly closed. Run a prewash cycle if salt spilled.

Different odor in the machine:

  • A new machine may have a temporary odor.
  • Clean clogged filters.
  • Remove food remnants from dishes and run the Prewash program every 2 days if not running the machine immediately. Leave the door slightly ajar to prevent odor buildup. Use commercial odor removers if needed.

Rust, discoloration, or surface deterioration on dishes:

  • Check for salt leakage and ensure the salt reservoir lid is closed.
  • Remove salty food remnants promptly or use the prewash cycle.
  • Ensure the electric installation is properly grounded.
  • Avoid using intensive cleansers like bleach.
  • Do not use metal items for purposes other than intended (e.g., opening cans).
  • Low-quality stainless steel or already corroded items may cause issues.

Detergent remains in dispenser:

  • Ensure the dispenser was dry when adding detergent.
  • Add detergent shortly before starting the wash.
  • Ensure dishes do not obstruct the dispenser lid or water flow.
  • Store detergent properly.
  • Check if wash arm holes are clogged.

Decorations and ornaments erased from utensils:

  • Decorated glasses and porcelain are not suitable for dishwasher washing.

Dishes are scratched:

  • Avoid washing aluminum items.
  • Check for salt leakage and ensure the salt reservoir lid is closed.
  • Place glasses carefully, leaning them against rack edges or supports, not against each other.

Smear on glasses (milky or bluish/rainbow appearance):

  • Reduce rinse aid setting if excessive. Clean any spilled rinse aid.
  • Corrosion due to soft water: Check water hardness setting. If water is soft (<15 gpg), do not use salt. Use programs with higher temperatures or glass-protective detergents.

Foam forms in the machine:

  • Do not use hand-wash detergents that lack anti-foam agents. Rinse dishes adequately after hand washing.
  • Ensure rinse aid has not spilled into the machine and clean any spills.
  • Make sure the rinse aid reservoir lid is closed.

Kitchen utensils are broken:

  • Load dishes properly as described in the manual.
  • Do not overload the baskets.

Water remains in the dishwasher:

  • Check if the filter system is clean.
  • Check if the discharge hose is clogged or blocked. Clear any blockage.

If problems persist, consult your dealer or authorized service agent.
