This guide provides detailed specifications and options for DoorKing's comprehensive range of telephone entry, video entry, and access control systems. It covers various models, their features, connection methods, and available accessories.

1802 Series Telephone Entry System
Features:
- Hands-free full duplex voice communication
- Programmable Directory Codes (1-4 digits)
- 16-digit dialing
- Includes 16 VAC power transformer
- Backlit keypad and A-Z-CALL buttons (EPD models)
- 1802 AP (Access Plus) ONLY: Control up to 8 entry points, IP Addressable, PC Programmable, 2-Digit directory codes, 20-digit dialing.
Connection Options:
- 4G-LTE Cellular Service (Plug & Play): Voice and Programming via cellular network (DKS Cellular subscription required).
- Internet (VoIP) Connection (Plug & Play): Voice and Programming via wired connection. Requires DKS Internet or VoIP subscription. Requires 1830-186 Network Adapter or 1815-578 VoIP adapter (or third-party adapter).
- Internet (VoIP) Connection (Manual IP Configuration): Voice and Programming via wired connection. Requires 1830-185 Network adapter. Manual setup involves configuring IP address, port forwarding, firewall, and DDNS.
- Land Line Telephone Service (POTS, Cable or Fiber): Voice and Programming via wired connection. Options include IM Server Modem or Modem to Modem. DoorKing does not recommend POTS due to potential compatibility issues.
- TTY Connection Options: Allows hearing impaired persons to connect TTY devices. Available via P/N 1830-310 (factory installed) or P/N 1830-315 (add-on kit).

Connection Options Overview
DoorKing systems offer flexible connection options:
- Cellular: 4G-LTE service for voice and data.
- TCP/IP Network: Via VoIP - TCP/IP Control Box or Network Adapters (Plug & Play or Manual Setup).
- VoIP: Via VoIP Adapter or TCP/IP Control Box.
- Programming Only (No Voice): Options include RS232 to RS422 Conversion Kit, USB to RS232 Adapter, and RS232 Connecting Cable for direct PC connection.
Elevator Control
Elevator control boards and enclosures are available for integration with access control systems.
- Elevator Control Board: 2348-040
- Enclosures: 2348-080 (max 2 boards), 2348-081 (max 4 boards).
Expansion Boards
Tracker Expansion Boards (2358-010) and related kits (2351-080, 2351-085, 2351-082) are available to expand system capabilities, including wireless options (900 MHz).
Wireless Kits: Baseboard Kits, Expansion Board Kits, Dual Channel Repeaters, Antennas, and Field Range Test Kits.
Mounting Kits
Various mounting kits are available for different series and installation types:
- 80 Series Only: Surface Mount Recess Kit, Flush Kit Stainless Steel, Surface Mount Adapter for Flush Units.
- 90 Series Only: Hoods (Stainless Steel/Black), Flush Kit Stainless Steel.
LED Light Kits
Available in Long (1720-080) and Short (1720-081) versions for various surface mount and add-on directory applications.
General Purpose Utility Enclosures
A range of lockable metal and plastic enclosures are available in different sizes (Small, Medium, Large) for general purpose use.
